Stopped in here for the "Worxs" car wash. For $40 plus I was not impressed. Dash and console were not cleaned, trash left on shifter. Windows were not clean, streaked and drips. The dash was to be crème cleaned but there is drips of cleaner? On that too. I won't be recommending this car wash to friends and family. read more

I have had my car washed at Waterworx for many years. There hasn't been any time that the car and I have been extreme satisfied. The staff is professional and pays great attention to each detail of the car. The eleven year old car still looks like a brand-new car. I contribute that to the excellent service. read more

Amazing customer service. Arrived in town with a ton of smattered bugs on my ride. It was 5:32 on a Thursday when I called to see if they were open. The lady that answered said they closed at 5:30 but asked how close I was. I told her I was 12 minutes away. She said that they would stay open and wait for us. Once I arrived I was greeted by an eager staff that did a great job. I don't think I've ever experienced customer service on this level. I'll be back for sure! read more

This place is pretty good if you don't have the time to clean your own car. All the kids who work there made me a little nervous at first, since they were goofing around and not really paying attention. But they did a good job cleaning out my mess of a car. It's a little on the expensive side for the quality you get (it's 20$ for a wash and vacuum- the cheapest thing is a 8$ wash) but it's a good place to go if you're in a pinch for time. read more

Not worth it. I've given this place a try several times. Honestly, you may as well just go to a drive thru Carwash and vacuum yourself. It's over priced for what you get. I have gone several different occasions with different cars and the interior is always still dirty. They've consistently missed spots on the windshield, not pushed up center consoles to vacuum or not vacuumed underneath seats, left dirt on rails. I'm just overall not impressed. I've done better work myself in my driveway at 6 months pregnant. read more

Would not recommend... Workers ran our car battery down by playing the radio over a 4 hour period. Jumped it W/O permission and it hasn't held a charge since. Had to have it towed to the dealership & rent a car due to the inconvenience! After talking to the manager & recommending they buy a boom box for employees he offered an apology & said they had one...Terrible inconvenience & expense with family visiting! read more

I have a transportation service and use these guys weekly for over 9 years. They do an excellent job and go above and beyond. I have needed a ride home when they have detailed my vehicle. The manager not only took me home but came back and brought me back when they were finished. Not high enough praise can be given. Thank you guys you are great. read more

$69 wash and hand wax. Inside was filthy outside was filthy. ABSOLUTELY ZERO QUALITY CONTROL. when I brought the truck back the supervisor said she could see how bad it was from the road then the manager came out AND DEFENDED THE WORK!!!!! The truck looked like 3 year old tried to wax a truck based on the pictures on the wax box. This was the 3rd failed wax job at this place but they're a local business, so Figured id give them one last attempt. Nope. They aren't responsible for damage and apparently not responsible for cleanliness or quality. read more

The car wash is good. We've been several times. But the pricing structure is annoying, bordering on dishonest. You don't find out until the vehicle is already in the wash that you'll owe extra money because it's not a sedan. When we asked about it we were told there's a small sign stating they may charge us more. read more

Only go here if your car is clean. Because that is the only way it will leave that way. Price is obscene compared with quality of service.

They hold up a sign that says "next 3 cars 50% off". I asked for that offer then i added tire cleaner and bug off, that threw everything out of whack and i ended up paying $20 for a car wash even after the attendant told me it would be 50% off with those cleaning features added. The attendant nor the cashier apologized when i asked them about it, they just brushed me off and went back to cleaning the car and ringing me up. The wash was a good one at least and they took their time, they missed a few spots but nothing major. read more

I brought my Chevy HHR in on April 8th. It had severe well-water stains. The guys spent all day waxing and buffing it (3 or 4 different applications) to make sure they took care of all the stains and without any extra charges. My car looks brand new again! I would definitely recommend these guys and will be coming back! read more

I paid 40 bucks for "the works" and they didn't even wipe the insides of the doors nor the center console. Came home and had to wipe the inside myself. 1st time using them and the last time. read more

They lost or removed our new Highlander console cup insert. When we tried to have them do the right thing and replace it two days later when we next drove our car and found it missing the manager insisted that it wasn't their fault or responsibility and got aggressive and abusive and claimed he wasn't in business to 'give' stuff away. How unfortunate they were the only car wash we ever used and they gave up a loyal customer over a $20 item when they could have done the right thing. Just be sure you check your vehicle and items if you use them BEFORE you spend $30+ and drive away. read more

I just bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee and wanted a nice wax coat on it so I brought it here. I waited several minutes before anybody came up to my vehicle to give me prices and told me where to park. They're car detailer told "me" to drive it through the wash. Excuse me, but I'm paying your organization to wash and detail my car. On top of that, they waxed my car with quick spray wax. (Like a spray and wipe) not the traditional wax that you wipe on it rotations and let set/dry. Then you buff out, this typically takes 1-2 hours if performed right. I specifically noted that I wanted a nice wax coat and that I was willing to pay extra or wait longer for it. Yet to my dismay, I was disappointed when I saw my vehicle. The wax was almost non-existent and in many places looked like they had never been touched. I spoke with the detailer and the manager and told them I was not happy with the job, yet they did nothing. I would not recommend wasting your money here. read more

For convenience, my wife and I have used this carwash for years. Service and quality were okay, but on my last visit their washing machine literally broke the mirror off my car, leaving it hanging down by the control wires. The manager's immediate response was "There must have been a tangle in our pads, but we are not liable for any damages we do to your car. Here's two free wash certificates and sorry about that.". Replacing the mirror cost $770. Wow! Two free opportunities for them to break something else. So, I will vote with my wallet and never use their services again. Waterworx can be assured that the combined loss of business from my family and friends will be more than the cost of the mirror. read more

I have to agree with the other reviews. The pricing here is ridiculous and deceptive. They print you a ticket before you drive through the wash (mine said $21), after the wash, I go in to pay and she says my total is more than $32. When I said that couldn't be right she proceeded to tell me that I was charged extra for having an SUV (Nissan Rogue-its the smallest of crossovers and is basically a hatchback sedan) and she said I was getting some bug removal. When I said that I had declined that service she gave a huff and made a show of having to pick up her walkie talkie to "change my order." When I told her that this is probably why they have poor reviews on Yelp and that I won't be back she didn't respond in any way. Terrible customer service. Why bother giving me a ticket with a price up front if you're going to change the total after the wash? The girl taking your order up front should tell you there's an up charge for "SUV's" as well. I'll make the longer drive to FWB or Pensacola from now on. Terrible way to do business. read more

Awful business! They broke the GPS in my car and then blamed it on the age of my vehicle (10 years)! The case is split in half and you can see the motherboard. Unreal. The manager who wasn't even there claims that he doesn't feel it was their fault. He won't call me himself. The gps was working and intact when I stepped out of the car and when I got in it was broken. Employee of course claiming it was already down when he got in. It was not. The power was still on and gps flipped up when I left the car in their care for an inside cleaning. I will never recommend this place to anyone. read more

For the first few times the job done was good, but this last time was unexcuseable. i have washed our Dodge nitro SUV several times and never been charged extra just because it was an SUV till now. Then the manager who sells my wife the wash charges $2 per rubber floor mat to clean them and after they didn't appear clean at all...still had sand on them and that was after "pressure washing them". They also were asked to clean the windows inside and they did not clean them. A $25 dollar car wash turned into $40 dollars for BS charges. It doesn't take any more foam or time in the wash to run a SUV through versus a car! If you were hand washing yes, but this is a motorized car wash. The manager was around 19 years old and didn't seem interested in making the customer happy. Poor business practices show. Hire someone with responsibility at more than minimum wage to manage the business and maybe you can turn it around. A bridge burned. read more

On 4/7/12 at 840am had to wait in line for a confused female employee to wait on a customer. Then a male employee asked who owns the blue Buick, I did I said, he said they are short handed today. So I was basically told to go somewhere else, I said I'll go somewhere else, he could of cared less. I will either wash the car on my own or take it to a business that appreciates customers. Careful of your wallet. We stopped for the $5 wash and go that was advertised at the new location on Nine Mile Road in Pensacola. Decided that we wanted the car vacuumed as well so that boosted the price up to $15.99. Once we were blocked into the line, the attendant let me know that there would be an upcharge because the vehicle was dirty. It did have some visible dirt on it from the sand that had been spread on the road, but it wasn't like I had been driving through the mud. I figured he would actually do something extra to earn the extra money, but no. Just sent it through the machine just like everyone else. On top of that, I was charged another $2 because I have a "large" vehicle. I have a Highlander. Not all that big. We won't be going back. read more

We took our car in on 3/4/13 @ 1:30 pm. Asked the the guy's doing the inside detailing could they use a tool to get between the seat and console, one of the two guy's said "No Problem" which was never done nor did they even bother to wipe down the dash on the passenger side or the console between the seats. Paid for two Wonder Wafer's that never made it in the car and the floor looked like the vacuum didn't work. But the best part was as I was sitting in the lobby watching them through this large glass door, one of the guy's doing the detail inside the car decided it was OK to take out my mail and read it, as well as show it to the girl doing the wheels. When I mentioned it to the young man that seemed to think he was in charged he said " Well maybe you shouldn't leave your mail in your car". Really!! Really! I paid you to clean my car not read my mail. Granted it was just a postcard but that is not the point. So people, do yourself a Favor, save your money and do it yourself. I promise I will instead of EVER going to this place again!! read more
