He was very personable and explained what would be involved. I told him the bid was acceptable and we scheduled for the following Friday. Once again showed up on time. he explained to me what he was doing in a way I could fully understand. He done the work in the time he estimated and didn't try to talk me into add on items that weren't needed. He was one of the most honest technicians I have ever met. When the work was completed he checked to make sure the unit was functioning correctly. Upon giving me the cost involved I asked if they had a military discount and he assured they did so the job actually cost me less than was quoted. I think Mr. Villa is truly an asset to this company and would recommend him to do HVAC for anyone in need of repair. It's based solely on the booking process. I was able to book an appointment on Sunday for Monday morning, but they called early Monday and said they couldn't make it until Tuesday. That caused me to miss out on other companies that had Monday availability and wasted valuable time on something we needed done as soon as possible. They need to get their scheduling system figured out.
