Despite the listed information, this appears to be more of a hobby than a real business, for the…read morefollowing main reasons: 1) Although there are "business hours" listed (M-Sa 9-9) on Yelp and elsewhere, it seems that the real hours are determined by the owner, apparently by calling ahead. This leads me to the next reason... 2) There is no true business address. The address given (again, on Yelp and elsewhere) is a storage center. Apparently, this is indeed where the owner keeps his stock, but that means that he isn't there on a regular basis to allow for viewing of that stock. As to the stock itself... 3) On Craigslist and other sites, Ortega's is listed as having bedroom furniture/futons as well as mattresses. However, when I called the number while sitting outside of the storage center (and discovered the information above) the owner denied that he sold anything beside mattresses and seemed unaware of said listings. For the reasons above, and since the owner seemed rather unapologetic for the time wasted in determining the true nature of his "business", I would advise Yelpers and others to save your efforts and find a real dealer.

We also got an umbrella and was surprised at how good the quality was. Delivery was on the outer end of what they thought it might take, but still within the schedule. One minor complaint though... our sales guy did tell us with the amount we spent on our custom island/kitchen that the owner was running a current promotion and would be throwing in a bottle of Don Julio 1942 tequila upon final walkthrough... needless to say, we are still waiting for that to take place (2 months and counting). We inherited a Brown Jordan Patio Set that was most likely either purchased in the late 60's, early…read more70's. They were in good shape with the exception that some of the framing was getting pitted and straps were faded, but not broken. This set, including the glass table, have been outside in the sea air and all elements since they were purchased. We wanted to honor my wife's grandparents by not replacing this set. So we decided to invest in a restoration, due to how well made this set is. I found Patio Guys on Yelp and decided to use them for this project. As we were starting to wipe down the chairs, we noticed a label on one of the chair frames, which was a Patio Guys restoration logo decal. Turns out our late relative had used them before, but uncertain at what decade were they restored before. I guess it was destiny to use Patio Guys. For the strap width of what our chairs required, there was not a huge selection to choose from. So if you're looking to replace with a sunny yellow, orange or teal, you'll need to make an alternate choice. Lots of whites, creams, tans, and earthy greens to choose from. The only blue is like a Dodger blue or a forest green. So we took a leap of faith and chose turquoise. It's perfect!! We were in no hurry and quoted 4 weeks turn around time. It was more like 6 weeks, but I was anticipating more like 10 weeks. Plus we were the cause of not getting the chairs back sooner due to our schedule. The job Patio Guys has exceeding my expectations. I knew the patio set would look better than the existing condition, but I wasn't expecting a brand new condition.

Just kept saying I'm off the clock but hung around the whole area where I needed help. She was young girl who has no work ethics and I doubt she would even help if on the clock. Target please hire people with customer service experience. Period!
