A small, but cool vintage store located behind the Flamingo Antique Mall. It's super easy to miss,…read morebut definitely worth a stop if you're perusing some of the local antique stores or thrift shops in the plaza already. The store offers everyday items such as clothing, books, and other stuff for the home, but what really sold us was that they had a good amount of vintage holiday items at reasonable prices. A even bigger plus, the store owner was super sweet and answered any questions or gave suggestions while we were inside. The business is really small, and even with 3-5 people inside it can feel cramped. Luckily it was on the slower side when we went, so social distancing wasn't an issue.

A bit like an Alpha personality type. It's an uncomfortable vibe communicating with you because she's real sassy and gruff. She quoted me $65 for an alteration that I took elsewhere and was quoted $35. Her shop is kind of messy and musky. She scares me not so sure I'll be going back again. She also was complaining to me about another customer ahead of me and I found that to be unprofessional.

My aunt and I went to Hobby Lobby to obtain decorations for an "Elevated fall" vibe in our living room/ dining room area back at home. Boy oh boy do I love me some Hobby Lobby! I feel like the selection at this Riverside location was better than Rancho Cucamonga location. We purchased garlands, candle holders, table runners, ribbons, and small knick knacks to tie our whole look together. We are SO satisfied! We will definitely coming back for Christmas. A couple of our guild members recently visited the store and were treated in a rude and disrespectful manner. Their experience has since been shared with the rest of our guild, and it left a very negative impression. I personally shopped there in November and also experienced the owner being quite rude. At the time I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and assumed it might have just been a bad day. After hearing how other members of our guild were treated, it's clear that the poor customer service was not an isolated incident. Quilters want to support local quilt shops, but courtesy and respect toward customers should be expected. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience here, and many of our members will be taking their business elsewhere.

Came here to get my used sewing machine serviced but found out they were backed up for weeks.. She cleaned, made a few tweaks, did a test patch and it was perfect again. turns out I had the embroidery bobbin inserted from the previous owner.. I ended up getting the correct one and I'm so glad I did because once I got home, I couldn't find the regular bobbin. New to sewing, so still learning my sewing machine! I read on here about not being a Latino and not getting acknowledged and I am and I still don't get acknowledged.. this place is okay when the teenage boy is there to help. He's friendly and takes time.. but the lady that works there is so mean and unfriendly. She literally hates her job or something.. like it's such a chore to help anyone.. she is rude and shouldn't be be working with people.
