I asked six different employees for help. Every one of them said they would call someone, yet no one ever showed up. After waiting for over an hour, I went back to ask again, and one of the same employees told me the person who was supposed to help was on lunch. If that's true, why couldn't anyone else in the store help? There were plenty of employees walking around, but not one of them stepped up to assist. I wasted over an hour of my time and ended up leaving without making the purchase. It's unbelievable that a customer who's ready to spend money can't get basic assistance. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I won't be returning to this location unless they seriously improve how they treat customers.

Some are pretty outdated, as I haven't seen any new items in the couple of times I have been to the store. The staff is nice, but a salesy nice. Still though, they have really nice stuff to transform your outdoor living space.
