Great company and installation of furnace and ac unit is excellent. The prices are fair and workers were on time. Only problem is if there is an issue after they install the units they take forever to respond back to you and may not even respond back to you at all. However, they will respond back to you fast if you tell them to come install a new unit though. The summarize my situation, my AC stopped working on July 3 and I have the luxury of spending Fourth of July in a house that was 87° inside. let's just say it was not a good night trying to get sleep. Today I reached out to West country on a recommendation and I can honestly say I am very satisfied with this company and their commitment to professionalism but also customer service. An hour after leaving a message, I received a call from reception and was advised they would have a technician at my house by the end of the day. Robert was the technician sent to my house and I cannot specify words how good this man was, but within seconds he diagnosed the problem and had a solution. Hard to believe, it was just a capacitor that blew out and within less than 10 minutes my AC was back and running again. We had them come out last week on Friday 4/28/23 to find out why our air wasn't blowing cold air . He said possible leak of freon had no a/c stuff on his truck , and it would be 700 bucks to test the leak . We have only been in this house a lil over 3 years . They sent installer Derick out who was early and got right to work had the old unit removed and new unit completely installed in 6 hours. Our AC stopped working 2 nights ago. I thought my filter might be clogged, so I took it out (even though I just replaced it 4 months prior). That didn't seem to do the trick so I decided to message HVAC companies in Yelp for quotes to come out and check it out. They were the first company to respond, and in a very timely manner! I shopped around and got many quotes for central AC and heat in my house. I had central heat, but wanted to add central AC. Not only was West Country the nicest to deal with, but they were also the most reasonable in price. The owner Mike came by and assessed my needs and gave me an honest transparent assessment of what would be best for me. Since I had an old furnace, but existing duct work, Mike was able to quote me on a great combo system which would give me the best bang for my buck, utilizing my ducts and existing vents and included automation with a Nest thermostat. He helped me arrange reasonable financing and got me approved quickly. His team was very nice and courteous and did and excellent job with the install. They did everything they said they would do and came in at the exact price they quoted. Quality of work was excellent. And even when I had one issue I noticed with the air intake, they came the following day and corrected it immediately. I highly recommend them. read more

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Maybe 9.5, actually. The gals who answer the phones can be kinda short, BUT don't let that scare you off. Mike (the owner) is professional, prompt, honest and diligent. You can tell he runs a tight ship and has a standard of care and service for his patrons. We sold our home in Loma Linda, and it was 119 degrees the day we loaded the truck. The A/C broke on our beautiful home while it was in escrow to be purchased. I've known Mikes wife since elementary school and know they are honest and hardworking so even though they are based in the HD and we lived in Loma Linda I didn't even think twice about contacting anyone else. We weren't looking for discounts or any special treatment- just honest service. I wouldn't ever feel entitled to any kind of special treatment. I initially reached out to the office, and the receptionist who answered the phone was a little snippy. I asked if they would be willing to service Loma Linda, I even offered to pay a premium for distance- (again, we just want an honest repair or replacement) to which she replied "You know we are in the high desert right?" I thought that was kinda rude. She told me Mike would have to approve it. I then reached out to his wife because we were kinda in a bind moving out of state and selling our home and I didn't have total faith in the lady who answered the phone. (Totally non business related but his wife Lisa is literally an ANGEL on this earth. They both have hearts of gold, it radiates!) She was a doll, and he called me the same day to discuss my situation. He was detail oriented, listened to my concerns and gave me a quick repair date within a week. Totally professional, prompt and proactive. A week later the service man (I forget his name) arrived on time, with no issues using the lockbox to get in to our home. We were already out of state but we had no issue trusting them in our empty home. He called me promptly upon arrival asking permission to do the evaluation and would call with his suggestion after checking our AC unit out. He called a short time later, gave his assessment findings and an estimate that was SO fair!! I didn't know what to expect- nor do I know anything about AC units other than they can cost a small fortune to replace and that was our ultimate fear. Thankfully it was a part needing replacement. He had the part on hand, replaced it and was able to take my debit card information over the phone for payment. Talk about a job well done. This company ties all loose ends, left no margin for obscurity or anxiety in a situation that could have been very stressful for us. Every part of this process was well assessed, informed and communicated. I would do business and recommend this company 1000x over!! I have friends and family in southern California and no matter where they live in SoCal, I will always recommend they consult with West Country for their HVAC needs first!! My brand new HVAC installed less than 3 months ago would not heat and original installer went MIA. I contacted West Country via email. I was contacted by the Service Manager before working hours . ( I was not looking for after hours emergency services). After just a little span of time she was able to dispatch a tech that afternoon. I was impressed and darn appreciative. It was for a four hour window of time. The communication was superior. Not only did I receive a voicemail and email from the office that the HVAC professional was on his way. The gentleman who was dispatched also texted me to let me know he was on the way. Miguel M. A true HVAC professional identified the problem within minutes. Oh my gosh! Such an awesome experience. I'm a building inspector and had a problem with our mini split system. I emailed the office over the weekend and they called me back right away Monday morning and left a message. I called back and they were able to have a technician come out same day in the afternoon. I am unsure if they sent their best technicians out or not but these two guys were amazing. Troubleshot the problem quite quickly and repair was made. It turned out that the wiring had a screw put through it in the wall. Derek and Alfredo were sent out. Amidst this Covid 19, they were equipped with their masks and conscientious of the social distancing. We replaced a 1960's HVAC unit with a ductless mini-split system and couldn't be happier with the unit or the service we received. We went through the process of getting multiple quotes and West Country were the most prompt, best price and most professional. They were also able to clearly explain what we would need and how efficient it would be. Since we got the newest model of a ductless system, they had to come out a couple times to make some adjustments but the response time was great and the fixes done right.
