When the electrical work was done wasn't done correctly he said we could call the guy back but it would just cost more so we just paid and moved on. When we had issues later with the plumbing said he would fix, 2 weeks later and no call no showed 4 more times on scheduled dates fix was easy and got done in 1 day total of 2 hours of work.
