Kenneth did such a great job selecting tenants for me that the very first couple he showed the condo to wanted it. Furthermore, these same tenants have been renting the condo for the past four months and there have been no issues. In fact, they are extremely kind and respectful. The most important thing as a landlord, beyond being kind and responsive to your tenants, is to find great tenants because they can make it a fun experience or turn it into a nightmare.
