I had an appointment to bring my Prius in for a diagnostic test that was going to cost a couple hundred dollars. I'd never been to this shop before, but the owner Ken greeted me as I pulled up, asked a few questions, examined the car, and quickly identified the likely problem. He knew it would be one of two issues and roughly how much each repair would cost. Based on my plans for the car, he explained I didn't need to waste a couple hundred dollars just to hear what we already knew. What a stand-up business owner! The key was stuck in the ignition of our 2007 Mitsubishi. The car wouldn't shift into "Park" and the battery had to be disconnected to shut it down. I called a few local garages and they didn't want to touch it. Seems that Mitsubishis are a mechanic's nightmare. To make matters worse the car (and parts for it) haven't been made since 2011. They wished me "Good Luck" and peeled off. Then I called Exclusively Imports and George, without any hesitation, took the car in with a positive attitude. A part had to be ordered so the car was in the shop for three days. It's fixed. The car now shifts flawlessly. Exclusively Imports could have socked me for an entire shift unit and I would have had no choice but to bite the bullet. What I got was a bill for less that $200 for their creative DIY fix that isn't in any repair manuals. This is an honest shop, staffed with knowledgeable, friendly people. This repair shop does everything a traditional 'bait and switch shop does' and attempts to take advantage of older people. DO NOT trust their estimate, my mother's actual charges were going to be over two times the estimate and the shop reviewed the vehicle in their shop before the repair. The repairs were for a simple brake pad and rotor replacement, but Exclusively Imports claimed they had to get different parts than the quote. They claim to be experts in the make she has, but it is obvious they either lie about their expertise or on estimates for repairs. DO NOT waste your time considering this garage, it will certainly cost you much more than they say it will. read more

My Husband brought my Range Rover in after another Company telling us my Front Brakes had only 20 % left on them and needed to be replaced. After getting a Second Diagnosis at Exclusively Imports, the Tech with over 40 years experience said my brakes had over 40 % and did not need to be replaced yet. These guys are the best. The dealerships are so much more for the same work. They install factory parts with factory trained technicians at much more affordable prices. And they do a damn good job. If you have to have a loaner then go to.a dealership. But trust me you'll pay for it in the end...because nothing is free. If you've never used these guys and your driving a Lexus or Toyota you're paying too much elsewhere. These guys are fair and they will be honest with you on what your car needs now and down the road. I payed $93.91 after tax for an alignment on my 3rd gen 4runner. The quality of this service was extremely disappointing, they could not perform any toe adjustment and left me paying full price for a incomplete job. After investigation under my own car I found that one of the camber bolts was loose and not even hand tight. I do not recommend this place for an alignment. read more

I took my wife's 2008 Honda Civic for a check up and it was due for some 100,000 mile maintenance and I wanted a "clatter" from the serpentine belt repaired. I had an estimate to fix the chatter (it was a belt tensioner" from another repair shop that came in at over $400, actually close to $500 but Exclusively Imports fixed it for under $200. What a nice surprise! Repair work was fast, car was ready when promised and I'm happy with the repairs and maintenance work. I am going to go back soon for a coolant flush and front-end alignment and I'm confident that I won't get robbed. The person I spoke with did not seem too interested in when I would be bringing in my car nor did she ask. My second phone call I was ready to make the appointment. I asked for brakes--an alignment-- oil change and tire rotation. They checked my brakes and they were fine. They could have easily charged me for them and I would have never known the difference. 2000 Toyota 4RNR owner, this is the only place to take a Toyota or Lexus to be serviced or repaired. Mike and Kelly know Toyota. I'm pretty selective on the place that touches my rig and Exclusive Imports now has all my business. Needed some involved and heavy driveline work and Mike diagnosed the problem and was not happy with the machine shop portion of the job until my driveline was balanced and rebuilt properly. Kelley kept me informed on what was going and all my repair options. Kelly doesn't turn a wrench but she runs the place, she is very organized and knows Toyota. Did I mention she is a great person to work with. When it came to putting a major part on my rig Mike was not satisfied until my 4RNR performed as it did the day it left the factory and that say's a lot for a 21 year old rig.
