I bought a car alarm and some speakers. They gave me keyless start instead of my full alarm. When I went back to complain they gave me my full alarm. Motion detection. They set it super sensitive so I don't really use it bc of that! They left a piece of styrofoam in my door that caused my whole window to break. $165 to fix it. Ended up breaking my window simply closing the door. I got the alarm bc ppl were stealing my gas and I think it was someone who works there bc why wouldn't they just give me what I bought! brought two radios and they got neither to work. I figured it out later. however they still my controller. after everything the shirt is causing significant issues and dude told me to kick rocks. this is my child's car and her battery will die. he said he didn't k ow me but he new where I bought my radio "liar". the guy also looks under the influence. he will allow outside radios but they will never work. read more

Been here twice, once just to finish an install. I did 99% of the work. Just needed them to hook up the power and install a piece on the head unit. They didnt re ground the head unit, made the subs thump all over the place and static. Went back to have that corrected. They didnt plug back in the ac properly, not dis they even put back the enclosure properly or screw back down my amp. I went to the lake and it slid all over the place shredding some wiring. My truck was stolen several years ago. The thieves were caught on surveillance camera from my work parking lot and arrested in Nogales with my truck. Before they were caught they stripped my old stereo out. I lived without a stereo for years until I decided it was time to replace it. I went to Dezma's car audio. Spent 2k for a new system. A month later it stopped working. I recently took it back (way after the 90 day warranty). Reasons: covid, work, kids, and life in general. No time basically and low on the priority list. So today, I decided to swing by and talk to them. Turned it on for "Dez" and it didn't work. He lifted my back seat up and said right off the bat... " we didn't sell you that kicker amp" "I don't sell that model". I said "oh yes you did". Showed him the receipt to prove it. He basically called me a liar before presenting proof. He said it was a Walmart model. Hahaha... nope it's your model you sold and installed. Then he asked me where I worked. I'm like what does that have to do with anything. He says well the products he installed were dirty. I said they are dusty. Then he said they look water damaged. At that point I almost lost my cool. Here is a guy blaming me for my stereo not working and not the products or his service installation. My truck is older but it's kept in good shape. Cleaned and serviced accordingly. It's never been water damaged. It's a daily driver. I was literally infuriated because of his deflection and other excuses that I got pretty defensive. His attitude sucks and his customer service precedes him. I do not recommend this stereo shop at all. And to make matters worse, on installation of the tweeters on the windshield side panels, his team broke the pillar retaining clip that holds the pillar in place. I never mentioned that to him because he'd deny it like everything else. read more

If you are a new comer to car audio I would suggest staying away, it sucks that there's a local business in the area that scams the community, this is the reason local businesses are losing to the big corporations because people can't do honest business. I understand mistakes happen and they did right by fixing it once I called them out, but to someone who's been into car audio for almost 15 years it sucks that the local shop nearest to you, you can't even go without feeling ripped off! Horrible horrible experience i got a easy light bar added to the roof of my 2013 ford f150 it took 7 hours to imstall immediately when done i take it to the car wash to get wash i cant stand finger prints all over my car upon entering the car wash i have a car in front of me and a car behind me as the water start to hit my car i realized all the water from the car wash was coming through my car from the bracket they drilled and place on my car doors shyt i cnt go forward nor can i go backwards all i can do is sit in horror as all this water and soap is coming through my car i felt like that movie final destination movie mu car is goin to fill up completely with water and their is nothing i can do about it when it was finally over i tace back to this car audio shop and demanded them take dis bull shit back off my car and for a full refund they refuse 2 give me a full refund saying i have 2 pay my guys 4 all this work im looking at this dued like all wat work now i gotta spend the next four hours shampooing and dring off the inside of my car upon them taking all the stuff back off my car the women in the bizness said i am not allowed back on property wow im not allowed back on the property because u guys messed my car up hmmm i guess i gotta sue these guys to. If u want a bunch of high school kids installing your system this is the place . Had them install a amp. They bend my battery post connector while installing the cable . Left exposed wires and thought it was ok to leave it like that . Only thing good is that they are cheap . Guess u get what u pay for . Never go back to these guys ever . read more

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Worst customer service ever! If I could rate 0 stars I would. The manager Erik had a HORRIBLE attitude with me. I have a 2012 altima & They couldn't figure out how to install a stock OEM radio then called me two hours later to come pick it up. Called me 30 minutes before they closed and expected me to rush across town to pick it up. Upon arriving my check engine light was suddenly on. And they had cracked my entire AC vent component then decided to smear super glue all over my ac vents in order to "fix it". Erik then went on to blame ME for the cracked AC vents because "I bought the wrong radio" and tell me not to have an attitude with him when HE BROKE MY CAR AND FAILED TO INSTALL A BASIC RADIO! I HAVE THE RIGHT RADIO! THEY TURNED ON MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT because they didn't disconnect the battery terminal when installing the radio and it cause some sort of interference. He then said he was doing me a favor by SUPERGLUING MY CAR! HE DIDNT EVEN ASK ME PERMISSION BEFORE HE SUPER GLUED MY AC VENTS! Then wanted to be rude to me and act like my attitude wasn't justified. He even tried to charge me for labor even though he didn't install the radio AND he broke and super glued my ac vents. I didn't not pay him a penny. He then proceeded to blow up my phone and text me nonstop on my drive home ARGUING with me and trying to parent me! This is by far the most disgusting place I have EVER been to. How dare you break someone's ac vents and then try to put the blame on them!!! He is too childish to understand real men take responsibility and apologize! The Ac vent replacement is $15 on eBay. It wasn't worth the argument. It was a simple fix, all he had to do was say sorry and order a new ac vents. I would've been understanding. In what world does a professional audio store SUPER GLUE your ac vents and then act like they did you a favor. I'm disgusted. My car looks like a disgusting ghetto superglued beater now inside! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS! THEY WILL TAKE SHORTCUTS, BREAK YOUR CAR, AND BLAME YOU! I'm disgusted. I reported this location to the better business bureau and will continue to spread the word about this unprofessional, disrespectful, unapologetic company.
