Brand New Again Cleaning - Our cleaner Scerena in action (results speak for themselves)

    Brand New Again Cleaning

    (2 reviews)

I own several rental properties across the US and a few internationally, and a handful of them are…read morein Ohio. Finding reliable cleaners who treat each unit with care has always been one of the hardest parts of managing rentals from a distance. Brand New Again Cleaning has been the exception. Nicole has been consistently dependable, communicative, and detail‑oriented. She handles my turnovers as if the properties were her own. Every time she finishes a job, the place looks refreshed, organized, and truly guest‑ready. I never have to worry about missed corners, lingering odors, or rushed work. I request deep cleaning services and recurring services for my units. She sends updates, asks the right questions, and makes sure everything is handled before the next tenant arrives. What I appreciate most is that she understands the standards required for rental properties. Cleanings aren't just "cleanings" for me, they directly impact reviews, tenant satisfaction, and how smoothly my operations run. Nicole gets that, and it shows in the quality of her work. If you're looking for someone who is reliable, priced right,, thorough, and easy to work with, Brand New Again Cleaning is absolutely worth it. I'm grateful I found them and plan to keep using their services for my Ohio properties. Thank you

We used Brand New Again for a move out clean and had a very disappointing experience. Our house…read moresmelled good and the 2.5 bathrooms looked great. Outside of that, it was hard to notice if they did anything else. Our fridge and freezer were still dirty and they clearly did not clean the open shelves in the kitchen (that were empty). There was still quite a bit of dust we noticed throughout the house. Their prices do not match their work. We paid a premium price and got mediocre work.

Tommy’s Family Lawn Care - I asked him twice to throw away this weed that he took out but instead he left it in the walkway

    Tommy’s Family Lawn Care

I found him (tommy jeffcoat) ON my property looking at my grass, i came outside and asked if I…read morecould help him..he said he recently moved from Ohio and needed some work. To be honest, I should've took a baseball bat to his head for being on my property, walking around my yard, like he was supposed to be there ... this guy is a Complete BOZO scammer. DO NOT TRUST this scum bag. He will give you a sob story every time and try to get out of the actual work. I paid him in full; Please do not make the same mistake I did. This man knows nothing about lawns let alone loyalty. Trash.

Back in October, Tommy Jeffcoat contacted me about removing a tree stump from my front yard. He…read morequoted me $200 which I thought was very fair. Unfortunately, this is where the positive part of my review ends. 1st Red Flag: Upon arrival, Tommy asks me what he quoted me, I show him the text message where he stated "$200" and he tells me that it will be $300 because of the size of the stump (I sent him pictures of the stump previously as well). At this point I realize I should have kicked him off my property but I really did want this stump gone so I told him to remove it. 2nd Red Flag: In text message I asked if he took credit card and he said he did. When he showed up at my door he acted like he was unaware he said this. I show him the text where he said he took card and tells me "I don't know why I said that". 3rd Red Flag: Here's where the real fun begins. My man goes to his truck and brings out a pole saw to remove a (4-5ft in diameter) tree stump. No chainsaw, no stump grinder, just a tiny 10-inch pole saw. He starts to cut the tree stump and after an hour all it does is make a mess and break his saw. He then tells me he'll have to come back with his chainsaw to finish the job. I ask if I can have half of my money back until the job is complete and he gives me a sob story about how he just moved here from Ohio and needs the money for rent. I ask him when he'll be back to finish the job and he said he could do it the next week and that he would call me. Surprise, surprise... I never receive a call, so I text him and ask when he can come out to finish the job. He tells me he forgot about my project and that he's on a "huge project taking down 80 trees". Bro couldn't even remove a single tree stump and tells me he's cutting down 80 trees. Now we're in December and the stump still remains. After my experience dealing with Tommy Jeffcoat, I google him to see what I can find. Turns out he has a couple business names. Tommy's Family Lawn Care - 3 reviews - all 1 star. Palm State Outdoor Services - 1 review - 1 star. All with the same story: Shows up, takes people's money, makes a mess, doesn't finish the job. I've given him several opportunities to make this right before leaving a negative review but he's left me with no choice. I'm not sure if he means to be a scammer, or if he's just an idiot, but do yourself a favor and never hire Tommy Jeffcoat to do anything.
