Let me start off by saying that I've been a customer for nearly 5 years and have religiously brought items here every single week. With that being said, they were not always perfect. However few organizations are so I learned to deal with some of the minor issues along the way. Recently (within the last 12 months) I've noticed more and more of my pieces of clothing coming back to me with missing or cracked buttons. I brought this to management's attention initially they apologized, explained that it can happen during the process, and offered to replace the button. I was satisfied with their response. The only issue is that this problem seems to be getting worse. At least one piece of clothing is missing or has a cracked button (sleeves of shirts, sport coats, pants, etc..) every WEEK when I pick up my clothing. So I brought many of them in with me with my regular dry cleaning and asked that they replace the buttons that were damaged during the cleaning process. Their response was NO, that they do not have these types of buttons and I can not expect them to be replaced. How can someone damage your clothing and not be expected to fix it.? Please beware. You will not be happy with this place!! Look elsewhere.. read more

Avoid at all costs! I gave a dress for dry cleaning and specifically asked multiple times not to put any tags on it. When I got it back, there was a tag stapled to the dress resulting in two sizable holes in a delicate fabric. They ruined a $600 dress and were not even apologetic. read more

As a new widower, I had some shirts that needed buttons put back on , either on the collar or down the front. I inquired if they provided this service , and they said yes , and for free ! The first shirt I brought in, they " forgot " to put the button back on. They did the repair---but only after leaving the shirt for ANOTHER night with them. The next two times, the " new " button they sewed on didn't come close to matching the existing buttons. And these were standard issue, white shirt buttons that most shirts use. I then brought in a Ralph Lauren 2-button sports coat that had lost a button. I explained to the owner that I would like them to remove the one original button on the front of the coat , and put 2 new buttons on, so they would match each other ( the Lauren metal buttons have a distinctive " RL" on them. ) You guessed it---they replaced the missing button only, which was so obviously mismatched with the original button they left on. The owner was there when I picked up the coat and noticed the error , and promised to correct it. Which again required leaving the clothing with them again, another night, to get the repairs right. I should add that I have only asked for repairs on items I am having dry-cleaned. And I almost forgot---on my first to the store, they asked if I wanted to " pay in advance ". Never having done this at a cleaners before, I said no. When I picked up the clothes , I noticed my bill was higher than the prices shown on their price list. When I asked , they told me the prices on the list hanging over the counter are ONLY in effect if you pay in advance. When I told them that this wasn't explained to me---that I had only been asked if I wanted to pay " in advance"-----they said " sorry"---and that's it. I thought this wasn't really the best way to treat ( new ) customers. You may get fine service from this cleaner. I didn't, They seemed sloppy and disorganized , and not terribly concerned about customer service. I stopped going to them. read more

The people here are truly great. Been a regular/weekly customer for years. Have never had an issue. If you drop off early enough you can pick up the same day. Highly recommend this place!! read more

Sad to see some negative reviews after the wonderful experience I had at Executive. Brought in a bridesmaid dress to get steamed and a suit for dry cleaning. When plans changed and I unexpectedly had to leave later that day, their friendly staff did everything to get my items in the best shape they could before the wedding. When I went in to pick up my husband's dress shirts, two of the shirts were torn. I spoke with the manager who informed me that over time the elbow area of these shirts gets torn. I said I can understand that but it was not the elbow area on either shirt and they were not old or worn out. She proceeded to tell me they were old and that I was wrong. The whole situation was ridiculous because the shirts were clearly ripped and she just did not want to take responsibility. Needless to say, I will not be going there again. read more

i have been a regular weekly customer for over 20 years. Never a major issue, and they have been prompt to address minor issues. Pleasant, courteous staff. Reasonable prices (and a discount for pre-pay). The same-day drop off and pick up has been a life saver for me with short notice business trips etc. Also, the location is convenient and on the way to train station. I started going to executive cleaners because I was having many issues with my old dry cleaners. Ever since I switched I haven't had any problems since. Their next day service is extremely convenient and they do a great job with my clothes! Also, their employees are very friendly. One of my favorite cashiers is Nina, she's great and very friendly to talk to. I would strongly recommend Executive Cleaners to everyone, I already have a couple of my great friends switch to this cleaners! read more
