My ear canal itches from the materials made with them, and that is just the beginning. I also feel as if I am talking and listening to others inside a tin can that echos louder that I can speak. This is so agravating that it is worth not listening to anything at all. They called me almost every month to go in for appointments and follow ups, but after being seen, the problems remained. I don't have the time in my schedule to keep running back and forth for their crap. My advice is, if you need hearing aids, go to Costco or any where else because Miracle -Ear is a rip off.

I was confused and told her of the flier, and she said they have many fliers they send out and unsure which one I am speaking of. I expressed how his ENT doctor suggested a coil which she tried to talk us out of because of infections, etc... etc... It was a trap as far as I am concerned to get you to go there so they can make a sale. We left on a good note. There was no need to begin exclaiming "False advertising!" and they were nice. Just don't trust the fliers people and ONLY go if you are truly going to purchase a hearing aid. Otherwise it is a waste of your time where you could have been doing something else.

There is no continuity of care and no one who takes ownership of the situation. I have called the front desk and billing countless times. Billing has been condescending, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Meanwhile, I have spent hours on the phone with Aetna, who has also contacted this office multiple times trying to resolve the issue. Despite all of this, we are still stuck waiting on reimbursement and clear answers. This has been an absolute nightmare, especially when dealing with something as important as a child's hearing and such a large amount of money. I would never return to this practice and strongly caution others to get everything in writing and think carefully before paying a large sum of money upfront. She has been having a…read moreissue with her eye and the Dr keeps telling her its allergies, she went to a urgent care last night and the Dr there told her she needed to be seen by a eye dr right away. She called the office and asked for a emergency appointment and they told he no.. the dr from the urgent care even spoke to them and said is a emergency and she was told no. My daughter was told they would call this morning and never did, when she called today they told her the dr isn't taking emergency appointments. Now that we told them how we feel and we are doing to tell everyone how she was treated they are concerned and want my daughter to come in. Its to late for that since she had to go to the hospital for treatment. This is the last time she will ever call any of there offices. Beware of SightMD.
