I was given a loaner pair and originals were sent back to the factory. Since the loaners were better than the originals and I was told due to the holidays being so close it may take a bit of time for the repair I didn't call the office. However, I did send an email msg to the audiologist stating I liked the loaners. Today, 1/19 I received a call on my landline telling me the originals were back and they've been trying to reach me for at least 3 weeks and all calls directed to my cell went directly to voice mail and they then claim they texted me with no response. There were no missed calls as there would have been a record and no text. As a matter of fact, this is not the first time I've been told calls have been made and gone directly to voice mail from this company. I'm pleased with the hearing aids but not with what I perceive as dishonesty to cover their office inadequacies. I'm sure that my warranty will now be invalid due to this review. I hope not.

When I was in my late forties, I was sent to the audiologist by my children and wife who were concerned that either I wasn't listening to them or hopefully, I needed a hearing aid! Fortunately, i needed hearing aids! Perhaps it was all those rock concerts or blasting my stereo but over the years as hearing aids have become more sophisticated, my hearing and relationships with my wife and now, grown children has improved!
