I am so upset and have never had Lawn Care done so poorly then by Executive Lawn Care. I had another lawn care service that went MIA so lined up executive and tried to get them out last week but they could not come out until today so it was overgrown a bit. They tried to charge me double for the overgrown bits and then they agreed to lower the price. You would think it would be because they would have to bag it, but no, they obviously did not bag anything. I had vegetables that were spilling out over the raised planters, and they cut them all to hell, the yard looks like shredded ass. The worst I have ever experienced! They offered to send someone back out to fix it but to be honest, I don't want them anywhere near my yard ever again. I am so disappointed!!! read more

Not sure why they have 2 Yelp pages, but want to make sure both reflect the quality of this place. Really terrible mowing work on multiple occasions. Only reason I kept them this long was because they kept apologizing and offering a free mow after messing it up several times where I then noticed how bad a job they did afterward. If you don't read anything else, look at that pic I shared showing after the FIRST mow from Executive Lawn Care back in June 2022, and then 3 months in to their bi-weekly "service" where they came out and did this poor of a job. read more

I've been using Executive Lawn Care for three or four years now. At first the service was impeccable I just moved from previous lawn care company who did a horrible job. This year Executive Lawn Care has thoroughly downgraded their customer care and has stopped caring about how their customers lawns look. I'm going to call Leigh-Ann later today and cancel my service I'll probably buy a lawnmower and do it myself because I can do much better than this. Maybe I'll find a local kid to cut the lawn. Anyone can do better than this. They just came and cut my lawn and this is what the backyard looks like. One of my biggest complaints is they cut your lawn no matter what the weather so even when it's raining they will come and cut your lawn. This means you have big ruts in the lawn from the lawnmower tires and blades cannot cut as effectively. If I were looking for a lawn care service, which I am, I would not consider Executive Lawn Care based on my experience this year. read more

Been using them for almost 6 years. The teams give great service and the office team is always so responsive and respectful. Great company

The company originally did a good job; they moved items in the yard - they were diligent in trimming; over time - they weren't always as diligent with moving items or trimming. Finally - they stopped moving items, and under our trampoline grew long, and they were more interested in charging extra for "clean-up" vs just trimming in the areas where things grew long. I quit their service today, and they weren't interested in fixing - they wanted to sell more services to clean up things they previously did reasonably well. read more

We had our backyard resodded our lawn a few weeks back and have been a client of Executive for 5 years. On the second cutting, the person responsible cut it way to short. I contacted executive to voice my concerns. They were professional, polite and responsive. They sent Eric out to take a look just incase the damaged sod dies (avoiding a he said, he said situation). Eric noted it's condition and stated that it would be mowed at an appropriate height (3 3/4 to 4 inches). On the way out, he noted a broken sprinkler head and took the time to repair it. at first they did a great job. but this summer was awful. I called several times telling them they are not edging and missing spots including my entire side yard and they continued to do 1/2 the job. I call to cancel and they could not care less. should not have gi them so many chances because they don't even try to do a good job at all. read more

Well it looks like Executive Lawn Care given their work ethics has decided not to participate with Yelp. I wonder why? Maybe they have incompetent people working for them. How would I know this? What happened? I've been looking for a lawn mowing company and ran across Executive Lawn Care. I emailed them to get a quote and come to find out we used them last summer. My husband deals with that. I talked to a woman (don't remember her name) and she sent me an email and asked if our credit card on file was still good. I said yes but I need to talk to my husband before we make a decision. She absolutely understood. Next thing I know I get a receipt from them for service. What? They never mowed our lawn. I'm shocked and upset. I send her an email asking her why I received a bill when I never agreed to use them and hadn't even received service. Her answer? It was a misunderstanding. I write my repsonse on the email that had the conversation on it where I told her I'd let her know. Wrote her back and that's was it. Next thing I did. Reported them to the BBB. They took my money. I have gone through many lawn service companies over the years, and finally found on Executive Lawn Care thanks to the positive feedback of many of my neighbors. I have used them for over two years now, and am still surprised at how a humble lawn care company offers such world class customer service, communication, and professionalism. They are always very quick to respond to any questions or feedback or to let me know if their crew is delayed. Their crews consistently do an incredible job, for about the same price as other companies that offer inferior quality of service and customer service. I have used this company for my regular mowings as well as for taking care of my flower beds. My flower beds had recently been in very bad shape, with overgrown and dead bushes and grass, and their crew went above and beyond at trimming and carting off all the dead bushes and branches and cleaning up all the grass out of the flower beds. The final price of the job came out to just about what I was quoted for, and even expedited the job to get the crew out to my house ASAP since I wanted my yard looking nice for Halloween season. read more

Vicki they're doing basically the same thing to me gave a quote over the phone I sent them photos so they know what they would be dealing with first cuz of season is always the worst check my credit card information before the conversation ever started tell me they'd be out that evening then I got a call then they did a no-show then they said they'd be here at 7 the next morning 9 still a no-show then I get a call saying he wants to bump it up another $150 and I get a text saying the same thing and then I get another text saying $200 and then he calls me on the phone the next day and says the same again this company is a joke needless to say I did not use their services and I will never use their services and I would highly highly tell people to Beware of the credit card issue I had better not have a bill on my account but I have a feeling I will after reading Vicky's review this is the McKinney office don't waste your time and be careful with your money and anybody that gives the bed and then wants to bump it up another $200 doesn't have the right to be in business.
