My 2 year old child could have died! No response from Management. Going to LGA - we requested a car seat. Driver arrived on time, seat buckled into the car, no problem. We enjoyed it so much, I called to arrange a ride back from LGA. Got back to NYC - Driver on time, seat in the car, ready to go... or so we thought. The driver took our exit off the SSP and the seat wasn't buckled in securely to the car. It was just sitting in backseat. Therefore, our 2yr old daughter, while in her seat, fell completely over hitting her the driver side passenger door. The only response from the driver was, "sorry about that - normally when they have a car seat ordered, they buckle them in." ARE YOU SERIOUS!?! I called the main line and spoke to Bernard and I explained to him what happened. After a moment of silence, his response was... "Sorry if no one told you, but our policy is that it is your responsibility to make sure the seat is secure. I will call the driver to figure out what happened." No apology, no inquiry about the health of our daughter, nothing - he hits me with POLICY!?! A policy that was never communicated after making the same reservation (TWICE!) - I signed nothing - no flyer - no leaflet - no email - NOTHING?!? And its my fault?!? ARE YOU SERIOUS!?! One can only now assume: if the driver gets pulled over for not wearing a seat belt, is that the passengers responsibility to pay the fine? If the driver got into an accident, and our bags went flying over the freeway causing a pile up, is it the passengers responsibility to go to court? I told Bernard, his response isn't good enough and I want a response from management within 24hrs. Which, Bernard complied. Well, that time comes and goes. I have to call them back and now I speak to John. John says there was no record of my complaint on file. He apologized for what occurred and stated that management was currently out of the office, but he reassured me Adam 'Schwartz,' the manager, would "definitely" call me today (1/2/17). So, here I sit - 3:55pm on this cloudy January afternoon and no response from John, Bernard, Adam or anyone from Exec. Limo. I am not on a witch hunt. All I wanted is for SOMEONE to contact me to attempt to rectify my situation. Also, I would suggest Exec. Limo amend their "POLICY" to fully explain to customers what is and is not their responsibility. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN & I WOULD SUGGEST EVERYONE ELSE DO THE SAME. AGAIN - MY DAUGHTER COULD HAVE BEEN SEVERELY INJURED (OR WORSE) & THEY ONLY RESPONSE I GET FROM THIS COMPANY IS A POLICY LINE AND STONE SILENCE. I called executive at 8 am to reserve a limo for 6pm the same day to surprise my soon to be fiancee on our engagement. Some may say crazy, but donna said no problem and booked it right away. They emailed me the drivers direct contact number. I texted Adam specific pickup instructions, stopping at my house to get flowers etc and arranged to pick us up from a nearby restaurant. He waited patiently for us to finish dinner then proceeded to take us everywhere we wanted to go. Adam was a true professional, great driver. The limo was spotless clean with bluetooth connection to our phones, full control of the lights etc. we had the best night of our lives and I couldn't have pulled it off without executive. I had called 4 other limo companies first and never got to an actual person, when I left a message they never called back. Can't say enough about Executive Limos. They are always early for pick up, and waiting at the airport! The drivers are helpful, courteous and excellent, careful drivers! Even my nervous backseat driver of a husband closes his eyes and relaxes during the trip. One of my favorite features is the lady who books the trips. She's so competent! You get an immediate email confirming your trip, reminders before the trip, a picture of the driver who is meeting you at the airport, and billing pre-trip, so there are no surprises. All in all, they take the worry about going to the airport and being met when you land completely away. They've got my business for life! read more

I had a bad experience with their driver Hervé Appolon a night out in NYC. Herve was my driver and everything was fine until the pick up to go home. Herve said he was "bored waiting" and wanted to put on "party music", as he called it. It was about midnight and I'm not a fan, considering we just got out of a jazz/blues club. I was exhausted, and he turned the party music on and cranked up the volume. I asked him to lower it, and he didn't right away. I asked again then he did. It was a car service, not a limo and didn't have a divider. There was something clearly different about his mannerism. It was obvious that something changed with him, and I couldn't say whether he was drinking too much energy drinks, or taking drugs, but it was out of the norm. I fell asleep shortly thereafter and woke up to Hervé screaming out of the driver side window while doing about 70mph down the LIE. It was December and cold, I was tired, and annoyed. He was swerving all over the road! I intervened and he said the other car had no headlights. I told him I don't care, and not drive that way or do that again. Quite frankly, I was beyond frustrated. You don't need to behave like lunatic, crossing lanes and screaming. He turned the radio up again, and don't care that I asked him to turn it down. After all, I paid a lot of money to have a car service for 6 hours in the city. I deserve to have a safe and reliable driver. He was joke of that. When I confronted him again about swerving all over the road and the music, he said "I thought you were asleep". Really? Never again. I spoke to Doug, the owner and he was shocked. I decided to give his company another chance, do long as Hervé was not my driver, and guess what?! After landing at JFK at 8pm last night, I received a message from Hervé stating he was here to pick me up and take me home. I told him to go home, and he's fortunate to have a job, and I hope he never treats anyone like he treated me. I contacted the company and told them to cancel, and hired Uber. What a great ride home! Reservation lady Celia is just great, nice and efficient. Then came with email confirmation and follow up emails to follow every step of reservation. After a full day of traveling home from Europe it might have been a nice gesture from our driver to offer to carry more then 1 piece of luggage from the baggage area at the airport, especially when I carried 3 pieces and my gf had one. It also might be nice if they had some bottled water in there suv. Upon entering the vehicle i noticed a dent in the truck and when we exited the truck we were told NOT to use the passenger side as the running board was broken. Also, the driver left our 3 large bags on the curb, when the front door to the house was 30 feet away. This was not a cheap taxi ride. The price was for a limo, I guess we just wanted a nice ride and a helpful driver after a full day of traveling. read more

After using Executive Limousine on several airport runs as well as one wedding, I booked a winery tour for my wife and her friends without hesitation. The driver that was sent was exceptional. However, the trip occurred at the end of that week in July when the temperatures were soaring and unfortunately the full air conditioning in the limousine was not working causing much discomfort. At the conclusion of the trip, an extra charge was applied to the credit card used because the return was delayed by one half hour due to traffic, (traffic on Long Island - what a surpise). Although the charge was minimal, the surreptious way it was processed without notification and considering the price of the trip and the discomfort of the clients, I found it insulting. On top tf that, there was an indication that it would be corrected however, that has not come to pass. read more

I have used this company for several years. Recently it's gone completely downhill. I had two bad experiences with airport pick ups. The drivers are argumentative and disregard the kind of booking you booked. I paid for a 'meet me inside with a sign' pick up and via cell phone the drivers told me to meet them outside. If I wanted to look for my car amid the cold and chaos at the curb I could book a taxi for half the price, and sometimes I do that. But especially when it's a long haul international flight, I just want to find my driver holding a sign with my name on it, have them take my luggage and walk me to the car. I contacted the owner and he does not care. I am now looking for a new limo service that understands what 'service' is. read more

When taking a limo, service and reliability are my top concerns. Executive Limo exceeds my expectations on every level. On a recent pick up from Manhattan to Long Island a valuable bracelet was lost. We didn't know if we even had it when we entered the limo. Early the next morning I called the office and the customer service rep could not have been nicer, stating she would stop what she was doing and have someone check as the car was on the premises being cleaned for the day ahead. She promptly called back to say it was found. Try doing that with UBER.... This service is the best in town....don't use anyone else...Honest and reliable...That's what I am talking about!!!!!
