Called on a Sunday, all auto glass shops closed but A1 answered and got my back windshield right away the next morning! It was pouring down raining and they did the job less than an hour. Definitely recommend this place !! read more

RIPPED OFF I picked this business based on there being positive reviews but was duped because these few positive reviews were written by the employees themselves. This business is very unprofessional and did not deliver good or quality service. I'm out nearly $200 for crap. I scheduled the appointment to have a window replaced and on the day of the appointment only an hour ahead of time of the appointment I got a call from them, from Stan, saying that someone broke the glass window so they weren't able to come that day and they had to reschedule it for the next day. My husband had to take off work that day for the work to be done but it didn't happen so his day was wasted. We rescheduled for the next day. They arrived and put the window in the next day but it wasn't a good job. The inside of the door rattles when you close it, the window does not roll down straight, and they warned us if we roll it up too high it will lock and get stuck. Before they put that window in it never did any of those things. It cost us nearly $200 and this is what we got. We were very unhappy with the job they did therefore we made another appointment to go back to get these problems corrected. But again, on the day we were scheduled we got a call from Stan saying the technicians were not going to be in and we had to reschedule. We rescheduled for the next day at 2 p.m. My husband was there on time at 2pm but the technicians were not. My husband had to wait 45 minutes for them to show up. I called the office and spoke to Stan to ask what the problem was. Stan was rude to me and seemed to be put off by my questions about why were the technicians not there and did they know we had an appointment. He seemed to be offended and said of course they knew they had an appointment and the appointment time was just a time estimate. When he called me that morning to confirm the appointment for 2 p.m. he never said a word about it was an estimated time. So when the technicians did arrive 45 minutes later it was the same technicians who messed up the installation job in the first place, and as expected they had excuses for all the problems with the window therefore nothing was fixed. Their business office where Stan was working was filthy and a dump, very unkempt. All I can say is unless someone from there decides to give a damn about their service and warranty and fix these issues with us, I'm not recommending this business at all and give it only a one star. read more

They came out and replaced a passenger window that had been smashed. I called early in the morning and they were able to come out the same day. The installers were friendly and did a great job! They even cleaned up broken glass in the car and on the ground! I will definitely use them again if I need another window replaced. read more

Honest I only rate this 2 stars because seems the quality of the work itself was good but customer service and technician service would be a 0/5. My wife called and asked for a quote on windshield replacement for mobile service. They told her $259.00 out the door multiple times never mentioning any additional fees and informing us mobile was no added charge so even though me and my wife both work we arranged for rides to work and left our vehicle at home with my elderly mother and the amount of money needed as quoted. They got there at the tail end of their appointment window still within range and had the car moved from the driveway onto the street. Or I should say on the sidewalk and finished their job. One technician Insisted the job was finished and everything was great while the other already had the car running and had her sign the papers saying that everything was perfect which for quality was true but the price tag was now 280 and change also insisting that taxes on the product was mentioned from the beginning which it never was forcing my mother to figure out the balance between her and my wife while she was also working. She was distressed but paid and they took off. My mother attempted to Start the vehicle but was unable to as the battery had died. This seemed rather convenient given that I've never had issues with my battery before and I had planned on taking it to work that morning but only didn't so that the windshield could be repaired. I called the office and was met with every excuse under the sun and overheard the technicians say they didn't have jumper cables on the truck. This seems to me to indicate that they did indeed know the battery was dead and got out of done before it was their problem. My mother and youngest brother had to push the vehicle into the driveway to avoid ticket because again they left it on the sidewalk. No discount, reimbursement, coupon, or even apology was given to anyone and I was left with sighs and silence on the other end of the line. I will not be using this company ever again and will make sure no one I know uses it either. If you want fast professional service at an affordable price, Executive is the best windshield repair company I have tried. I have lived in the Sac area for over twenty years and have had many windshields replaced by many different companies. Executive guided me through the whole process, showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently and charged me a fair price. When I called the dealership, they told me that there was only one of my windshields in North America so it would take 3-4 weeks to install. Executive was able to procure one immediately and install the next day. They left my car cleaner than they found it. Highly recommended! read more

I would of given 5 stars but they didn't attach my rain sensor back on. they did however come out 2 days in a row because I ordered the wrong windshield. both days all employees were extremely friendly & courteous. I would still recommend this business and will use them again. read more
