After that review--and during my second…read moreappointment--Service Manager Chris Davis voiced his displeasure that I hadn't given Nalley Acura a chance to "make it right" before posting, and also told me I would not "receive another survey" because of the unfavorable feedback I submitted. Today was my third appointment for the same unresolved brake issue. I arrived for my scheduled 7:00 a.m. appointment only to be advised there were no loaner cars available, which I need for work. As a result, I left without being serviced. I am now forced to schedule a fourth appointment for the exact same problem. I have already paid $600 out-of-pocket, waited more than five hours during my first visit, and the brakes still have not been repaired. This is excessive, time-consuming, and unacceptable. At this point, I expect a full refund of my $600, for Nalley Acura to cover any further repairs in full, and for a loaner to be provided without excuse. While Chris Davis did cover the cost of filters missed in the initial inspection, that does not change the fact that after three appointments the issue remains unresolved. I now ask Nalley Corporate to get directly involved, as requiring four visits for brakes is completely unacceptable for a luxury dealership. i do hope that this will be the last of unpleasant experiences with Nalley Acura and that this issue will soon be fixed.

Unfortunately other morning engagements prevented my honoring the noon appointment. I did call in advance to advise, and left a message. Arrived an hour later, and had a short wait. Thankfully, there was indoor, air-conditioned space available to wait comfortably due to the high temperatures that day. Service was detailed, as far as fluid levels being checked and advise on next service period, etc. As an FYI, parking is a bit tight due to volume and was advised by AD to park location directly across the street until being serviced. No surprises at check out, which is always appreciated! Highly recommend this neighborhood gem, and will be back
