I set my appointment for 8AM, initially but was tired and called to push it back. The rep on the other end of the line had no issue pushing it back to around 10 AM. I was checked in almost immediately when I pulled up, and introduced to my rep Aaron, who was really cool by the way :) He got my information and directed me to the customer lobby (also provided me with the Wifi) . I sat down to do some work in one of the separated booths that they provided. Kinda close (but also, I think I'm used to the other Acura dealership I used to go to in Chamblee where there was an actual room for computer stations) and there was a man talking on his phone loudly in a room full of 30 people (no fault to the dealership of their own) LOL. The most awesome thing about this spot and their service, I got out in under 2 hours for my oil change. I probably left around 11:30 AM. It was affordable (I usually budget for $65 for an oil change, my car has over 100k miles), my rep communicated with me about what my car needs, and it wasn't far from my house. I definitely will be back.

After that review--and during my second…read moreappointment--Service Manager Chris Davis voiced his displeasure that I hadn't given Nalley Acura a chance to "make it right" before posting, and also told me I would not "receive another survey" because of the unfavorable feedback I submitted. Today was my third appointment for the same unresolved brake issue. I arrived for my scheduled 7:00 a.m. appointment only to be advised there were no loaner cars available, which I need for work. As a result, I left without being serviced. I am now forced to schedule a fourth appointment for the exact same problem. I have already paid $600 out-of-pocket, waited more than five hours during my first visit, and the brakes still have not been repaired. This is excessive, time-consuming, and unacceptable. At this point, I expect a full refund of my $600, for Nalley Acura to cover any further repairs in full, and for a loaner to be provided without excuse. While Chris Davis did cover the cost of filters missed in the initial inspection, that does not change the fact that after three appointments the issue remains unresolved. I now ask Nalley Corporate to get directly involved, as requiring four visits for brakes is completely unacceptable for a luxury dealership. i do hope that this will be the last of unpleasant experiences with Nalley Acura and that this issue will soon be fixed.

Thankfully, there was indoor, air-conditioned space available to wait comfortably due to the high temperatures that day. Service was detailed, as far as fluid levels being checked and advise on next service period, etc. As an FYI, parking is a bit tight due to volume and was advised by AD to park location directly across the street until being serviced. We were referred to CB by another trusted mechanic because the scope of working needing to be done was larger scale and he knew it could be done faster and likely less expensive at Lilburn Auto. Good mechanics typically know good mechanics and know bad referrals could reflect back on them as well as good referrals. We remain grateful for the referral. In the two instances we've gone to CB, he's been responsive, kept us informed, been honest about options, potential outcomes, and guided us to best solution for the situations at hand. It's clear they care about the work they do and appreciate their customers. Most recently, we had an issue on the eve of a holiday. We called, explained the noises and what we thought were going on. They fit us in, had it diagnosed and gave us an estimate and said they could get it fixed by end of day, which they did. They gave us a heads-up of things to be on the lookout for (some we were already aware of), but no pressure or scare tactics. The bill for parts and labor was in line with our expectations. As an added bonus, we get three free months of Sirius XM thanks to an affiliate program. In a world where so many are out to make a quick buck and not care about customer service, quality, integrity and kindness, CB /Lilburn Auto are a refreshing exception to the rule.
