He came early to deodorize, left again, came back to wash one, left again, came back to finish the interior detail. Overall he started at 8:30 am and 'finished' around 5:30. The interior detail was horrible. There was still sitting water in one of the side doors, the seats were wet, didn't clean the glove box, it doesn't look like the inside was even wiped or cleaned very well, and he was so rough he popped in my AC nozzles. He offered to come back and do it again because he wasn't happy with it, but I didn't want him to come back after this nightmare.

I had the rear chrome delete done on my Mercedes GLE 53 and the quality of the work was outstanding. What surprised me most was the pricing it was more competitive than several other shops I looked into especially considering the quality of the finished product. It was only after I noticed and brought up the damage that I was told it had "already been there." This contradicts the claim that any concerns were discussed beforehand. To clarify, the area is discoloration mentioned in Jesus's comment was from a side panel of the back seat which I acknowledged after the service that it was already there. The area of concern is separate from the damage shown in the photos and not what I am referring to in my complaint. What is most concerning is the lack of accountability. After Jesus left, I reached out to express my frustration. We exchanged a few messages, and then communication stopped entirely. I received no follow-up, no resolution, and no effort to address the issue. Being ignored after raising a legitimate concern only added to the disappointment. I drive my vehicle daily and am very familiar with its condition. Even my husband, who frequently drives my car, confirmed that the discoloration and roughness on the gear shifter were not present prior to the detailing. His vehicle is nearly 10 years older than mine, yet his gear shifter shows far less wear. It is unreasonable to suggest that this level of damage was already there. Mistakes can happen, but professionalism is demonstrated through honesty, accountability, and willingness to make things right. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on how this situation was handled, I would caution others and recommend asking detailed questions and documenting your vehicle's condition before service. I hope this company takes feedback seriously and improves transparency, communication, and accountability moving forward.
