I brought my automobile to Frank after hearing a noise near the front tire. He claimed it was the compressor and demanded $1800.00 from me. I drove it off the property and returned home two days later to find it sitting like a low rider. I returned it, and he diagnosed an air suspension leak and charged me $700.00. (In his words, "I'll fix it for $500.00 cash") Needless to say, he claimed responsibility for the problem. I gave him the automobile six times. I took it to a Mercedes dealer, who confirmed that the vehicle was not fixed. He also had the audacity to ask why I needed the old compressor when I requested for it. So he gave me the compressor, which I brought to the dealer only to discover that it was not compatible with my vehicle. Scammer! Frank said he don't have a customer by that name. My Gl550 been to his shop several times last visit was 9/17/2021 for the same problem the suspensions that he claimed he fixed. read more

I had my Z3 in for a leak on the oil filter housing and was told that the drive belts had to be replaced as well. The oil leak was not fixed and I paid more than $400 for nothing. I got it fixed for less than $300 somewhere else. I think this speaks for itself. read more

Frank Tamaska has a bunch of good things going for him. His business is one of honesty...by experience of a transmission for a Benz 420 that was in the failure mode. He prepared me for the worse for a new, rebuilt or build/repair transmission and told me that he'd call when he had the best suggestion. I wasn't back home from leaving his shop when he allowed..."you're ready to go. It was just a front pump." Instead of $5k to $10 for any of the above solutions...$175. Having dealt with RBM and Classic Cars and their service department, I feel certain that I would never have left the building without a brand new MB transmission at a brand new MB transmission price...plus labor. Frank has a thriving business on the east edge of the regional metro area. He probably doesn't need any more business unless he picks up a bigger shop and more dependable personnel (family workers) of his work ethic. There isn't a coffee bar with latte and croissants on a tray; no one walking around in white or blue smocks....it's just a tidy, clean and business like place that specializes in upper end foreign vehicle (whether the lineage is true foreign or built in Alabama or S. Carolina) repair and maintenance at a fair price. Frank is olde country honest; conservative and up to speed on keeping state of the art contact or locating information on your vehicle. The other tell tale of a good natured honesty is a MB 300SE with 205,000 miles on it that needs about a $3000 air conditioner system repair. The parts aren't the issue....the fact that the problem is located between an already loaded dash and firewall is the problem. "Don't waste your money....buy another car....it's time." is the opinion on this elderly gal of a vehicle...and it speaks volumes of the character of Frank Tamaska. read more

I went to Executive Repairs for a coolant leak on my 2007 BMW. I paid over $696 for this repair only for 2 weeks later the leak started again and my car overheated. Executive Repairs refuses to fix the problem or refund my money to get the repairs done. Frank (the owner) will not honor his warranty. Terrible company as they will take your money and not fix the repairs causing you to keep coming back. read more

I have been taking my car to Frank for years. I sold my first Mercedes. I reconnected with him in 2020. I purchase two Mercedes and I swore by his services . I started taking my cars to him and noticed the price changes and the service changes ,different mechanics as well. I received an email from the company offering a discount if you spent $200 or more so I felt like I need to go and support Frank since he sent the email out. I was going to take both cars for oil changes. I took my first car and while waiting on the car the mechanic came in and said you have a coolant leak and you need a serpentine belt. I told Frank I haven't notice any leaks or lights haven't came on. Trusting Frank's opinion I said ok. He told me the hose would be in in two days . I took my car home the next day riding the car started smoking and running hot!. Which we thought was so strange. It went from a hose, then another part to the radiator. I can't understand if you're the professional and the radiator had a hole why wasn't that detected first. My car went from not leaking to coolant just pouring out . I feel like the mechanic sabotaged my car , lied and didn't know what her was doing. I felt like as a loyal customer I was rape by them and taking advantage. I guess Covid has everybody chasing the dollar by any means necessary. And on top of all of that I never got the discount. I spent $189 for a oil change and $489 on hoses and my car still was gushing out coolant . Needless to say I took my car to another mechanic and he was baffled too. This is the best place I have found to get my Mercedes Benz serviced and/or repaired. I won't be back to the dealer- this place can maintain the dealer service schedule saving you TONS and giving even better quality work and service. They don't just replace things that should only be fixed like many dealers do. I was referred to this place by one of my employees who raved about it. My experience was: 1) They are super honest with you about your car and what (if anything) needs to be fixed. 2) Excellent prices. The most reasonable I have found in the Atlanta and surrounding area. 3) Awesome customer service and communication with you. They spend time fully explaining things to you. 4) Technically competent to handle all servicing, repairs, etc... large or small. Needless to say this is the only place that will be working on my family's Mercedes'. read more

Don't take your vehicle to this place. The owner, Frank has a terrible attitude. You can see the hate dripping off of him. I took my Mercedes S550 to this dump of a shop for a diagnostic because of a malfunction light on my dashboard. This idiot quoted $1,200 to replace a strut without even taking the to to look at the car, check for codes or anything. On top of that the little troll wanted me to leave the car there for three days. I took my car to a Mercedes dealer and it turned out that I only needed a relay and a fuse. A much much less expensive repair than what this crook quoted. You see the professionals actually took the time to diagnose the problem before quoting a price. Since then I've found out that this is know in the community for overcharging for repairs and also creating additional problems while your car is there so you can keep coming back for more repairs. All of the broken down cars covered in dust sitting around the lot should serve as a warning. No doubt they belong to the many customers from the past who fell victim to this jerk. You've been warned... Steer clear of the guy. He's bad news!!! read more

I use to love this place until I took it in twice for mechanical analysis and was sent away even though I explained my car had been making thumping sounds when I turned the wheel. Well, I finally took my car to BMW and even though I know BMW does thorough analysis based on quality control, the repairs were in fact urgent and could have resulted in not only an accident (if left untreated), but injury as well. The engine was in danger of falling out of the mount. There were numerous fuel / oil leaks and I was almost in tears when I saw and heard the news. I also talked to my Pastor's husband who said they had a negative encounter with them also. He said he was trying to save me money but could have ended up costing me more than the car was worth. Went in to get a quote for oil leaks and came out with a quote for a brake booster. Didn't listen at all and still charged me to tell me nothing about my oil leaks. read more

Avoid this shop. I took my 2011 Mini Cooper in for a routine oil change as I have for the last five years. I left with a ruined engine and the shop owner simply shrugged his shoulders and took no responsibility. Film footage revealed that the mechanic was completely distracted by his cell phone. He could not focus on the work at hand and botched the job. I have since learned that most shops do not allow cell phones on the floor. This is not a reputable business. read more

Frank is AWESOME. An Honest mechanic is hard to find. He is honest and reasonably priced. I have found a great, trustworthy mechanic for my daughters car. What a relief. You don't want to send you kids out into the world without reliable transportation, specially when they travel for a living. So glad I was referred to and smart enough to go to Executive Repairs and met Frank! read more

The owner is very disengaged from his customers. I had my car towed to this place and after several conversations of hearing him say "it could be this or it could be that, I really don't know until I get it in the air and look at it." HE NEVER CHECKED IT OUT. car sat on the lot for two weeks until I got frustrated and had it towed some other place. Not sure what this place problem is but clearly no urgency to diagnose the problem and provide quality service. Word of advice: owner needs to retire and let someone manage the place with a little more enthusiasm and customer service skills. read more
