Another customer that had previously used them had stated they had almost the same exact similar issues. They were harassing us sending us messages on our keypads saying we were late when we have always paid on time for our service. After 10+ years, I canceled due to repeated failures to notify me by phone when my business alarm was triggered--a service they provided reliably until a recent management/ownership change. They claimed it was "no longer possible." Yet today, while removing equipment POST-CANCELLATION, police were dispatched for an alarm--despite assurances that I had **no active service**. Allow me to add my discontent to the large pile of other customers already having done so. Avoid this company at all costs.

Peter is an awesome personality and most importantly he has skills. I brought my sons IPhone 6plus in for a screen repair and in less than an hour it was repaired and like new. Due to the damaged screen I thought the phone was toast for several reasons. After my visit I am considering selling the phone on EBay for $300 bux and getting my 8 year old a cheaper phone. While I was at it I brought my Lenovo 710 in because I dropped coffee in it and damaged the keyboard. I purchased the replacement on EBay for $25. I installed the keyboard myself but for some reason still had issues. Peter was able to troubleshoot the machine and we identified the hard drive was also fried. Back to Ebay for the replacement part. I installed myself and now I'm back in business. I find it fun to open machines up and learn how they work but along the way you sometimes need expert advice to finalize a repair. Peter was a knowledgeable resource and a damn good tech. I fixed my phone and computer for less than $100 at PC Tech. That doesn't include my cost for purchasing replacement parts but that cost is all mines anyway. My iPhone repair parts and labor is included in the $100. I highly recommended this guy and his business. Fast and courteous service at a great price. Support small businesses and help them grow.

I had another computer issue with a newer computer recently, with somewhat similar problems as before, took it in. They gave it back the following day, told me what parts were working fine and charged me 40 bucks for their failure to figure out what was wrong. Took it to another computer shop in town that ended up figuring out that it was a motherboard and processor issue. Seems the quality of service has gone down at this place in recent years. George drove all the way down from Visalia, analyzed my program, and two weeks later came back down to Carlsbad to install the program. $1800 to write the program and $600 to install it. He also bought me a brand new computer and saved me the hassle of researching and buying it. The big name stores were selling it for $50 more. I can't wait to call George later in the year to have him improve my current website.
