I have recently switched to this amazing community partner for internet service AND they helped me with a computer emergency right in the middle of the holiday! And it wasn't expensive at all. The value of their service is second to none....and I know that my money stays right here to support our community! Doesn't get any better than that! The best for our money for sure! That makes a huge difference in value of service and product. These guys are all around amazing! Customer service is beyond expectation, internet service and speed is much better than before and reliability is so far above everyone else there is no comparison. I called and got a quote from the office. All my questions that I asked were answered . Jose and Eric came out a couple days later to install my wireless Wi-Fi. They were on time, courteous, professional. The install went exactly how the girl in the office said it would. The install was quick and painless they hooked up the TVs that I wanted. Had a bad experience! Didn't know backstabbing was their line of work! I used to be one their best customers until this happened! Moved to Visalia from Porterville and had them hook me up with internet service because AT&T was having issues with their service having slow internet so I canceled them for OACYS. Unfortunately, their internet service was a lot slower than AT&T's. Called to complain about their slow internet but was told that's that way it is and I'm stuck with it! Because of their bad attitude I decided to cancel instantly and just go back to AT&T despite their slowness as well. Their technician came by to take their equipment from the roof of my house but left the metal frame (or bracket) on my roof! Didn't realize they did this until they already left in a big hurry, pretty much pouting and mad because I canceled their service (GROW UP PEOPLE!!!). I phoned them and left a message saying they left their crap behind on my house roof, no response or reply!!! To this day it's still on my roof! I also had a bad experience with taking my computer to them to have a new hard drive installed but they had no idea how to install it and it took over 2 weeks to do it. They had it done days prior to the two weeks but never phoned me to tell me that it was ready until I phoned them! When I asked why didn't they call me they just giggled and replied "I don't know?" Really!!!??? Not very professional in my book! And then they were snobby when I went to pick it up! Gee, did I bother you on your 8-hour lunch break!!!??? I had also asked them to make my new hard drive the default letter setting ("C" DRIVE) but didn't even get that right! Ended up being the "I" DRIVE instead! I recently complained about excessive buffering and slow download speed via email. Danny called me the next day to discuss the problem I was experiencing. He set an appointment to make a home service visit to double check the equipment and setup in our home. This company has always provided excellent and friendly customer service. While discussing the problem with Danny everything seems to be hooked up correctly BUT we are not using a "Smart TV" for our NetFlix and other streaming apps. Instead, we are using a Blu-ray player with built in apps. There was one question Danny asked that I could not answer until now. He asked if we had problems with buffering when we watched Netflix on one of out iOS devices (we have iPhones & iPads). This afternoon while watching Netflix on TV we started having excessive buffering again. Out network speeds are high after checking them via an app I use so we turned off the TV and have been watching Netflix via iPad without any buffering at all. I haven't talked with Danny again yet but I would bet the problem is with the Blu-Ray player because the only devise on is the WiFi Router. Oacys is by far the best Internet company I've ever dealt with. Living in middle of nowhere, oacys is the fastest and most reliable I've found, and I've tried a few. As great as the internet is the people working there are the best part of oacys, customer service is always polite, professional and extremely helpful and the service techs are punctual and have gone above and beyond to solve any issues I have. Not good internet service if you live in the middle of no where. My son was never able to game online. They tamper with the speed, which is based on the 30 day usage. We never got out of low priority. Even after bumping it up from their $50 plan to $100. We finally switched to unwired broadband for about the same price. I'm hoping this will be much better. read more

Has good internet but when it comes to GB they are very bad and slow down your internet now since they changed policy, a HUGE dislike to this company due to that, that's why I gave them a low rating, change back to where you jut charged for over use and not slow down the Internet read more

We recently experienced two power outages. OACYS worked with us to solve the problem. They tested our router, updated the firmware on our router, and replaced our reception dish with the latest technology to solve the problem. We switched from original IP to Oacys on neighbor's recommendation. Wish we wouldn't have switched. It's been a nightmare! After having it 2 days, my desktop would only connect half the time, so called for support and they said they'd send out a tech, but I would be charged. We had already paid $160. for installation and part of a month, $90. for a router, $60. for a WiFi adapter for my desktop. then they charged $160. to fix the problem. Now after watching a couple of movies on Netflix we are over our metered amount, which we were not informed about when ordering. We always can connect, but can't watch Netflix, or Amazon Prime shows because we have lost 50% of the speed. Even if we switch to the more expensive plan with more gigs, we will be metered to 50% of that speed, because our usage always goes over. They say it's our DVR from our satellite provider, and we need to change our recordings to non HD quality and what we watch on Netflix, etc. so it won't use up so much. Our highest usage has been on days we aren't even home, so how is that possible? Called our satellite provider and they said they have nothing to do with that usage. We didn't have this problem with our original IP and could watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, and DVR recordings, most of the times. The internet was slow sometimes and couldn't get on the internet sometimes when it was high usage times, like summer vacation. read more
