I even have one of their relay towers within 500 feet of my home, and in the beginning the service was decent. Over time, however, the connection slowed significantly. When I called customer service, they upgraded me at no extra cost, but only after I asked. I found it frustrating that they don't automatically extend available upgrades to loyal customers. Their policy seemed to be that you have to complain or ask before they offer improvements--even if your service is struggling. That didn't make sense to me from a customer service standpoint. In the past year, the issues have gotten worse. Video meetings often cut out or force me to turn off my camera because of poor connection speed. I've spent countless hours troubleshooting and calling customer support, but nothing has resolved the problem. I finally tested a new internet option and was shocked at the difference: four times the speed at half the cost. When I called to cancel Unwired, they didn't even try to keep me as a customer--they simply admitted their product wasn't the best available and let me go. My advice: Before signing up with Unwired, research other options. It doesn't take long to find better internet service at a much better price.

The more you buy, the bigger the discount. I got a Coach case that was $50-$60. Yah I know, my eyes got big at that sticker price. So Visalia didn't have the accessories I wanted so I went to the Hanford store. Customer reps there were awesome because it took a few hours to set up my phone. This experience was way way better this around, why? Well I paid an extra $30 for it and about $100 in accessories. That Discount: I was able to get a bigger & better discount, but to get that one has to make sure they have their REAL ID set up. Yep, I do -I'm all caught up in the Matrix. Turns out I'm saving more money by upgrading after letting go of my OG grandfathered data plan. Yah sometimes yah gotta let go & I did. Much happier now. Very hard for Mom to understand new remotes so she went to the Porterville store and requested someone come by and help her with it so on top of the $400+ she pays a month she was charged another $65 for the service call. It took no more than 7 min to be in and out. There were other people in the store as well. The only thing that I would change is I would have them have a check in counter and a display screen or something to account for the customers that walk in and have them taken care of in order.
