This place tricks you. You think, " It's new and clean and I didn't have to wait too long to be seen." The medical assistant takes your vital signs with her $100.00 acrylic nails with all the jewels and bling (notorious for harboring bacteria), meanwhile she is butchering the names of your medications like it's in Mandarin. The PA comes in, Chris has a flat affect and zero eye contact. He says "take this medicine." You leave feeling good, outta there in 45 minutes and you fill out a 5 star review. Then you go to pharmacy and there's confusion, they need to clarify with Chris the PA (which stands for Personality Absent) on the script but no one can get a hold of him. I call and the phone just rings and rings. I go home frustrated and without medication. While at home I continue to try and get through by phone without luck. The next day the pharmacy still doesn't have what they need so I go down there to say "answer your flipping phone" and the girl looked at me like I had 2 heads. I said "can you ask Chris to call the pharmacy so I can get the antibiotics started?" She says "No mam we can't do that." Seriously?!? Useless. Then Miss Nightmare Nails comes out and says "what's the problem?" Again I tell her the issue. She grabs the paper from my hand with a perturbed look and leaves for a few minutes and says "everything was faxed again to pharmacy" turns around and shuts the door in my face. I get to the pharmacy and the medicine is over $2,000 dollars. Needless to say we didn't get that medicine and we won't EVER go back to that urgent care because there is ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. I hope Chris, Miss Nightmare Nails and Miss Useless get treated exactly the same way I was treated and maybe then they can see what the Golden Rule means. If you can find a different urgent care, I urge you to go there. Almost every receptionist I've encountered is rude, appears bothered when needing help, and completely unprofessional. They talk about their patients and their conditions in front of other patients and have inappropriate conversation out loud. Today I overheard the nurse tell a patient that the PA was not comfortable administering an IV so she was advised to seek treatment elsewhere . Unfortunately for me, I experienced the same incompetence from this PA. After my visit, I found myself arguing with the front desk nurse over errors on my doctors note. My teenage son needed to go to urgent care so we went here. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by an AI device to fill out your information and then instructed to finish completing your form through your phone. The problem is that my son was trying to fill out the form on his phone but the WIFI in the building didn't work, even with their "secret" code to their own WIFI. Also, the receptionist, hides behind the glass, to the side, as if she is hiding, or afraid of doing her job which is called "Customer service". We were so frustrated that we left but it was the best decision we made. We went down the street to "Rapid Urgent Care" and Jessica was not only friendly but my son saw the doctor and less than 20 minutes we were out the door. I even asked Jessica at Rapid urgent care what insurance they take so I can go there in the future and she said they take all insurances. So long Exer and that receptionist will figure out her job when she gets laid off since you need customers to pay her paycheck. read more

I am extremely frustrated that my 85-year-old mother was misdiagnosed. Despite thorough testing, they initially told us it was COVID, but called a few days later to say it was strep. The delay in correct diagnosis caused a lot of stress. I'm also very concerned that they prescribed a specialized Paxlovid for people with kidney problems and she had a hard time to get --if it was truly needed, it was very hard to obtain, and she doesn't even have renal problems. This entire misstep put extra risk on my mom, and I hope they take more care in the future. I thank the Walgreens pharmacy for calling the urgent care and asking why she was prescribed this medication if she doesn't have renal problems and thats when Exer realized there was a mistake in her diagnosis ..... please avoid this urgent care we will never go back read more

I had a very frustrating experience at this urgent care. I checked in at 2:30 PM and, after being told the wait was about 2 hours, I went home and waited for their notification. I received a text at 4:37 PM saying it was my turn, and I arrived within 5 minutes. When I got there, the front desk told me I had taken over 30 minutes and "lost my spot," even though I arrived promptly and never received any call as they claimed. I was allowed to wait, but after nearly 2 more hours, multiple patients were seen before me, despite being told there were only two ahead of me. When I was finally taken in, the nurse took my symptoms and blood pressure, and then I waited another 30+ minutes for the doctor. The doctor finally came in right before closing and rushed through my visit, making me feel like my concerns weren't taken seriously. The process was disorganized, communication was poor, and the care I received was rushed and unprofessional. I would not recommend this urgent care. read more

I overheard the front receptionist telling a lady that she needed another adult with her because she had too many kids mind you She only had four kids. And one for them was a teenager helping her with the other kids. And they refuse to see her unless she had another adult with her. So she had to call someone else and that other person went in with I wanna say two boys and mom went with the other two. It was sad and Inconsiderate .What kind of urgent care does this. . I came here on a Friday night. The building this urgent care was located in was dark. All the lights were off except at the main entrance. There are no external signs that tell you where the urgent care is located. Just follow the light! I don't understand the poor reviews. Check in at the front desk. Ladies there were incredible. They were all professional. You fill out a quick form. Then you check in on your phone. There were 2 people ahead of me to go back. I appreciate that they let you know that on their website. While waiting, I noticed 2 things, everyone that came out asked "am I done? Do I need paperwork?" It was helpful because I do not want to wait in the room for someone to tell me I can leave. Plus I'm not expecting an after care instruction. The entire place was clean. Once I went to the exam room, I didn't have to wait long for the doctor. Doctor Q has a flat affect. Do not expect him to be warm and friendly. He's all business. But he will get through 5 patients in 30 minutes. Isn't that what we want anyway? We don't want to be sitting in the waiting room forever. I can see why it might be hard to understand him. I have a medical background which helps. He did answer my questions. He didn't rush me out the door. I did ask if I could leave and that was that. Easy peasy. I was in and out in about 1 hour. read more

I wish I can give 0 stars! Waited over 5hrs to be seen when the estimated wait time was 2 1/2hrs. Front desk lady didn't even want to pull my insurance from my other kids profile (I thought I had my insurance card on me, she tells me my son has his own number & needs his insurance card. Umm what! We only have 1 insurance card ) with an attitude and typing away. Like it's okay to do something instead of having me register & check me in on an app myself. We were the last ones to be seen & the nurse comes out and doesn't even realize we haven't even been called back. It's now over 10pm "Everyone here is waiting for someone in the back correct" NO! I tell her my kids name she says "oh his chart is on a door back there (meaning they thought we were in the room) apparently not if I'm sitting here! They need to get their staff together & figure something out, Because nothing of that was professional! Then proceeds to tell me "you were patient 50" maybe from the morning but when I checked in there was only 14 people ahead of me! When everyone that came after 5pm got seen before us! & to get in the room and the dr not even to check my kids foot, move it around NOTHING just to send him to X-rays give us the cd & send us on our way. Dr. Allen is the best!! Treated my husband quick and very efficiently. Gave him good worker's compensation advise. He speaks Spanish so everything was clear from start to finish. I am so glad he is here and I know many patients will be taken care of. Checked in online made an appointment was in and out in about an hour medications within 45 mins. The front desk younger girl is so sweet patient and very helpful. The building it's self is very clean and the rooms are a perfect size. I fell down on cement without catching myself. I was no more than 40 feet away from Redlands exer Urgent Care. However, with only 2 other people in the lobby and about 8 staff members, I waited about 2 hours before I was seen by a Nurse Practitioner. With a head wound you would think I would have been bumped to the front of the line. Or, at least been offered a cold pack to put on my head. After waiting so long I was given a follow my finger exam and sent on my way. With a recommendation to go across the street to the hospital emergency room for a CT Scan. So disappointed. I don't think I even got my $30 copay worth of treatment. read more

Dr. Quanjian worked on my father and let me tell you...we have never been so disappointed with an urgentcare experience. My father went in for an ingrown toenail removal, as his toe was infected. Dr. Quanjian was very reluctant to assist my dad in the removal of the ingrown toenail, stating if he removes it, it will grow back. Now if removed PROPERLY, that isn't the case. My father inquired more about removing it and following with an antibiotic cream treatment...in which the doctor obliged. That's not the worst part. What was very disheartening is after deciding to proceed with removal, my father had some questions and in the middle of him talking, the doctor turned around and walked out, shutting the door with agitation. When the Dr. returned to the room to numb my fathers infected toe, he JAMMED the needle in the most tender part of his toe...to which my father said it almost felt as if he hit bone. Then proceeded to jam it in 3 more times. When my father[who is prone to pain, mind you] asked why he was so aggressive with the injections, the doctor replied with a nonchalant undertone, "I want to make sure its numb." He now has a bruise from the injection..which is really infuriating because I had the same procedure done 2 months ago at a different exer urgentcare and did not have such a negative experience as my dad. This was solely due to the Dr's. frustration of not wanting to remove the toenail. ​It's really unfortunate that the place that we are supposed to go to when we need help or service makes us feel that we are an inconvenience. If my fathers​ toe becomes infected again, I will update here on yelp and hope that this business can rectify the wrong and treat my father with some damn respect. read more

The lady Dr with the blonde hair was super disrespectful and rude and very short with me thinking she knew me from a previous visit even know I have never been there before. I'm not even sure she was a Dr to be honest either way she made me very uncomfortable. I did get my issue resolved quickly but didn't need the feeling like I was bothering her needless to say I won't go back there. Absolutely worst experience ever at an Urgent Care. I called first to see if I could walk in for a service. Yes, I was told. Before making a 49 minute drive there I called to confirm they took my insurance. They checked and told me yes but they may have to call my provider to verify once arrived. They even told me my provider closed at 5pm so to get there prior. I arrived at 4:23pm. The woman who checked me in was combative the moment I confirmed they could give me a shot. I filled out the form, then a whole online profile, and when I mentioned that she should call my provider she, again, was combative. By the time a supervisor came out, whom I had spoken with on the phone, she attempted to call my provider. Guess what? Now it's after 5pm. Apparantly, I could get the shot if I paid $250 right then, and they would check with my provider tomorrow. Not acceptable. Driving almost 2 hours round trip for ZERO service. I would caution anyone before going to an Exer Urgent Care. Total waste of time, gas, and energy. I thought Urgent Care facilities were suppose to help. Not Exer! read more

Horrible place. Dr was beyond rude, didn't make any sense and couldn't understand a word he was saying. I was there for eye pain and dr refused to even look in my eye to see if something was in it. When my husband asked if he could at least look in my eye, we waited over 2hrs, dr became belligerent and yelled I don't know who you are but you need to get the hell out of here! Lady at the desk didn't know what she was doing couldn't find our insurance and made an 80 year old man walk up to the desk to ask if he had pain with his foot.. he was there because he thought he broke it. Also allowed people sitting in the waiting room to cough straight into the air, no covering mouth, no mask. My husband finally asked the guy if he minded covering his mouth at least. I was diagnosed with Bronchitis by NP Kimberly. I loved the entire experience because I was treated with care by everyone. The facility was pristine clean and the waiting time was within 20 minutes. I was able to ask all the questions I wanted about my diagnosis and was not rushed. Kimberly gave me treatment in the room and called in medications to the pharmacy. Went in with my newborn baby this morning there was a little bit of a wait. Once called NP Karen i think is her name was the best! Very caring and really nice made sure to get all the details which made me feel very comfortable. She also made sure to be careful and made sure my baby was comfortable with the procedures that had to be done. Physician Dr. Philips was very nice and reassuring. He made sure to answer all my questions worries and concerns. Showed great care for my baby and made me feel very reassured. The best experience, thank you! read more
