We used Exeter small engine repair after years of dealing with Lawrence Tractor & Jensen and Piligard. Both places are so busy and you would leave your riding lawnmower there for up to month before it was repaired. We are on our 3rd JD riding lawnmower bought thru Lawrence tractor. Front desk guy and back of house mechanics are pretty lackadaisical and apathetic. Or maybe just racist...not sure. Anyhoo...back to Exeter small engine repair, These people are AWESOME! Complete tune up and new blades, replaced older tire, cleaned it very well and delivered it your home in Visalia!! Still much less expensive than the other guys and in 1/4 the time. I've tried calling, call won't go through; I've tried texting, message won't go through. I am trying this method to get some attention. I took my Ryobi battery operated lawn mower to this shop about six weeks ago, I have talked to Willie's daughter and she tells me that they are waiting on parts. Now, when I call or text the reply is 'undeliverable'. I have no other option with which to contact this business. I just want to know if the mower is repairable or not. Over the years his service has included reel sharpening, worn parts replacement, e.g. chains, clutch springs, etc. Willie always makes sure the engine leaves the shop in top running order & changes the oil at each sharpening.
