Kristin treats all the dogs like family and Jette absolutely LOVES her! Jette gets so excited when she comes to get her and she is exhausted when she comes home, in the best way. I would highly recommend Kristin for her professionalism, leadership, care and compassion. This is a vet who truly cares for his patients and their parents, who spends time explaining everything, and never makes you feel like you are taking too much of his time. With a variety of his own pets and an all-encompassing capacity for understanding our feelings as pet owners, he truly empathizes with us. I went to the front desk and I asked when our cat would be seen. They said another 45 minutes unless other stat patients come in. I let them know we are leaving. But then we would have to add another 20 to wait in the room, 15 for the actual visit and then another 10 to pay. Why bother going. I guess an eye infection is nothing to worry about. So I will let my cat heal on her own. You know it doesn't take that long to check the cat out, prescribe antibiotics. I was hoping to give my cat an injection as giving meds other ways are very difficult. My poor cat pissed on herself on the way there and still has the eye infection. If I only could get the antibiotics myself. I would have treated her already.

Was great for a few weeks, but then no showed a session, when asked about it she manufactured a story about 'coming through the backyard' which is why I wouldn't see her on my front door camera. Once caught in the lie, she back peddled and claimed to just be overwhelmed. Told me she'd be giving me a refund for the sessions she no showed and those I'd paid for in advance. Started seeing massive delays in her response time, got a bunch of sob stories as to all the things going on in her life explaining why she couldn't pay me back, got the inkling that I was going to get ripped off, and only after saying I'd be escalating and insisting upon at least a payback plan did she attempt to make things right. Got 2 small installments back via Venmo, and then big surprise! Nothing. Followed up in text messages. Followed up on FB. Such a shame. I will still be escalating because hey- you shouldn't rip people off. It's just that simple.
