Service was ok, not a lot to review lol she spoke like 5 words to us. Got a 12" BBQ chicken, and two drinks for $36. There were 2 other groups in there, one was finishing up and a group of 3. It took 50 minutes to get our pizza..wacky. Maybe their red sauce pies are better, but the bbq was not good. The chicken reminded me of canned chicken, shredded, stringy, and dry. My wife and I went to this Stage Road location about 3 weeks ago. Prior to that, we hadn't been there in maybe 3 years because of their extremely limited hours during Covid. We've always really enjoyed their large sausage pizza. It was distinctively different from other pizza shops across the city. Unfortunately, post Covid has apparently had a serious impact on quality AND taste. Add to that, the front seating area, facing Stage Rd was closed off for patrons, forcing everyone to sit in the main restaurant area. Apparently they expected few customers, but while we were there, more and more people came in. They still kept the front section closed. 2 stars might be a generous rating, especially for the pizza, the accommodations, and the service. In a word, disappointing read more

When we go to Exlines we always order the same things and every time we go they mess up our order but we continue to go there They take your order over the phone and put it in their systems, then repeats the order back to you but when we get there to pickup our order there are always issues. Three items how can you mess that up So we had to wait another 20 min for the pizza while our other food sat there getting cold. They only took off $5 for the inconvenience they always forget to take off certain items Tamales they (ALWAYS) mess them up So we will just take our business somewhere else. read more

Well me and the wife used to really love going to this place. Last few times we've been in there just hasn't been the same. Hoping things change. Pizza was a little overcooked last couple times we've been there. This time we went, our waitress had stuff hanging out of her nose. It kind of made me lose the appetite that I had. Couldn't even order or carry on a conversation with her without staring at her nose only. It was kind of gross. I think I counted five things hanging out of her nose. I really just wanted to get up and leave. Instead I just ordered the absolute minimum, and got out of there. The People, service, and ambiance are great, but the pizza is gross and greasy. I have never tasted a pizza this disgusting. The bread is flimsy and greasy. The toppings are far too many to the point they are falling off. There is no crispness in the crust whatsoever. I can't taste the sauce- it is bland. Bottom line: They need to throw away this recipe and start over with something more appetizing. I had stomach problems for days after eating this "pizza". Greasy, under cooked, and quality of ingredients fall short. The whole look and taste of pizza has changed. Not sure what happened but miss the old Exline pizza experience....good quality, cooked perfect, great crust, meaty, cheesy, and just a solid pizza. Service was good but the pizza crust was par baked, the pepperoni was very thin, the sauce and mushrooms canned and not very high quality. I would compare it to ketchup on a saltine. I've had much better frozen pizza at a price of less than 25 per cent of what they charge. It was over $30 for a large pepperoni & mushroom pizza, 2 soft drinks and a side salad. This was my husband and I's first and last time getting pizza from here. The crust was extremely thin, flimsy and uncooked. The prices are ridiculously high for such low quality food. The sauce is not very good and extra toppings are expensive. We also got an order of mozzarella sticks that were super uncooked and the cheese wasn't gooey at all. Taste like ones you get from the frozen section and throw in the microwave. Their ranch is also not very good. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I had to "pee in a toilet facing a urinal touch lord! After straight violation I emerged out of the make shift toilet,washing my hands until they looked liked wrinkle raisins, I returned to my table looking just like I had been violated! The waitress finally came and took our order.She was not nice and only spoke to us,to take the order. We were the only people in there. So,later in walks about four people all white,child this lady came out of nowhere "Hey!!" How y'all doing? Hee Hee Ha! WTF? The only thing she needed was some tap shoes and that thing would have given them a show I was ready to "Read" her when the food came to our table. The food was delicious.My suggestion to this place is to teach your waiters and waitresses that ALL customers matters. We still left her a very hefty tip to which she then wanted to talk. This is an example of exactly how to not get a customer to return. While the pizza was good, it took an hour and 20 minutes to hit the table. The place was not overly busy but the inattentive service made me get my own sodas from the waitress station and retrieve my own pitcher of beer from the bar.
