Love Milano's. The pizza is always amazing and I can't get out of there without tiramisu or Italian wedding cake. lol.

Pizza tasted good. However, delivery was definitely an issue. The pizza arrived 45 mins pass estimated delivery time and it was cold. My son did not get a chance to eat before practice because of the delay. Using Uber eats is not going to do your business any good with the service we received this evening. They are not invested in ensuing your customer receive a good product. read more

The Eads location is moments from home so I frequent Milano's nowadays but it's been what we order in my family forever (parents have been fans since the 80s when it was called Dino's) and it's still my favorite local pizza place- quality is the same even at the tiny location near me. I usually just order pepperoni pizza and strombolis but the pasta is great too. For dessert I only ever get the cannoli (highly recommend). Never had a problem with the service/had to wait too long for an order. Eads Milanos is tiny (two tables) and really for carry out but the other locations have a full dining area. read more

I have been coming to Milano's Pizza for about 6 years, and they never disappoint! The pizza, pepperoni sticks, and meatballs are amazing! The service is great and the wait time is usually 4-10 minutes depending on how busy they are. They have multiple locations around Shelby County if you are not in the Bartlett area. I liked the large fresh chunks of Mushrooms, Onions, & Green Peppers on the Deluxe Pizza Pie (18" was $25.99) that I could actually get a bite of, as opposed to the tiny frozen mushy bits that some serve. They didn't skimp on the Canadian Bacon & Black Olives (most expensive ingredients) either. "New York style hand-tossed crust" was Ok, but not the best I've had. Milano's is a great family owned small pizza shop. This is the kind of place where when you walk in you get called by your name. That's the kind of local feel I like. The pizza is also really good. We had a family gathering last night and had a bunch of pizza, calzones, salads and stromboli. Everyone in the family LOVE'S Milano's.....for a very good reason: this is as close to real NYC pizza that exists in the deep south. And I'm a pizza snob. This place is the real deal. I remember going to the original Milano's many years ago. These guys are from my 'hood...real Italian dudes from NYC. They know how to do sauce. They know the right ratios for the cheese, sauce and crust on a pizza. Not too thick and not too thin. No burnt crust here. No thin, tasteless sauces with cardboard-like dough consistency. The place is small - it's basically a counter with minimal seating. There aren't the usual NYC pizza joint "windows" that have some of the product on display for a quick heat-and-go grab meal....but that doesn't matter. You want pizza/italian in this neck of the woods? Go to Milano's. read more

Wow! What a surprise! I'm duly impressed! I wasn't expecting much as good pizza is hard to find in a pork BBQ town, but Milano's pulled it off! This location only have two tables and looks to be geared towards the take out clientele. I'm good with that! And while I waited (mind you I came before our pizzas were ready) I saw numerous folks through picking up food. I was promptly greeted and I was glad it wasn't the generic "Hi! Welcome to this chain restaurant!" Asked who I was, knew the order and double checked the status of it. Nice! Two pizzas, 18" extra cheese and 18" pepperoni. (Uncut, we feel it keeps things from sliding around) My wife's comment was it reminded her of "great" pizza in NJ/NY! The crust, sauce cheese and it combination were all done right! Flavors were nice with not unusual weak or strong flavors. Both were very very good! We'll be back!! Worth the try and now worth going back!! Thank you Milano's!- read more

These guys are the real thing and always do their job well. Thorough and friendly the product and service are a throwback to the days where customers were known by their faces as part of the community and restauranteurs were legitimately focused on delivering a good product. The quality of the cheese is top tier and when they tell you it will be ready you can set your watch. The sandwiches are great as are the salads. This place has some amazing Italian subs. I usually stop by at least once a week just for the subs. The guy at the front knows me now whenever I go in. He's always polite and will have a conversation with you if your in the mood. I have tried the pizza and it is also really good. Pretty simple setting ,nothing fancy at all. However, the food is delicious. 3 of us each had calzones with different fillings. We all enjoyed our meals. My only complaint is the inexpensive plasticware isn't hefty enough to handle cutting through a calzone. Real silverware would have been nice. So glad that Milano's has this restaurant in Eads!! We love the deluxe pizza and barbecue pizza. The Greek salad, Stromboli, and the Philly cheese steak are always great.
