One of the best travel stores I have experienced, a gem in the common areas of Sea-Tac and a can't miss destination.

And their lifetime guarantee on quality and workmanship is now worthless. I brought in a very expensive wallet that the stitching had given away. They refused to repair it. If you want to overspend and have a terrible experience, buying cheap clothing, go to Filson's. Otherwise shop elsewhere.

Sizing of their clothing has always been super wonky, but with the move to making nearly every product now in China, the sizing is ALL OVER THE PLACE. Price was always high, due to (historically) domestically sourced and manufactured goods, now only one or two remaining items are manufactured in the states (of imported materials)..and yet the prices continue to go up, while the quality goes way down. Their customer service is HORRIFIC. If you have a problem you will be completely screwed!!! Weeks to respond to an e-mail. They have turned off the CC phone lines (you get a recording telling you so, and tough sh*t), the have disabled chat on the site. Local stores are NOT ALLOWED to help if you ordered on-line (they will lose their jobs if they try to help you). RUN, don't walk away. There is NOTHING good left of this once great company!! I am ashamed that I recently purchased an item from here, and also pissed that the sizing is so messed up that i cannot wear it (nor return it because CC simply ignores their customers). Next step is a charge-back on my credit card (sucks, but it is the only recourse with horribly run companies like this).

Upon my next visit, I shall get her name and update this review. The selections can be hit or miss with me in particular, as i am looking for random items when the mood hits. Although, if you are looking to put together an outfit with something specific in mind, that matches your aesthetics, then you are in luck. Weddings, Proms, Summer wear for Party's. They have business/casual wear, for the office. Men's and Women's Suits, Church clothes along with accessories. I have found some real gems that fit my needs and wants in the moments. What I love the most, is that I can shop, browse at my leisure, without being hounded and made to feel uncomfortable. K & G does offer alterations, should you be in need of that service, of course, plan ahead, especially if you have an event coming up that you need that particular service. And you will find some great values on certain item. Especially those suits. Great Pricing and you will look good. The clothing is mid-level, but i still have things that I've bought that are still in use. Shoes, and Casual Shoes, be mindful as they're not made to last my experience. Overall, I do like the values in the item that I've used long term. There may not be a lot of associates, but you can find at customer service, someone will help you answer the question that you may have. They work hard in this location, so be kind and approach these lovely people with a smile and you'll be met with one as well. Thank you, K&G, you have come in Clutch in more ways than you'll know for me and mine.

Online shopping just doesn't cut it a lot of the time. However, I haven't been to a Macy's anywhere in the PNW, except maybe Bellevue, that didn't loom like it was going out of business. And just try finding a sales person to answer a question? Good luck with that. I had a few questions. One item on the shelf didn't match the display model. And there was a clearance item that was tied up with a security device so I couldn't examine it. That's two things I didn't buy. That's a missed sales opportunity. And, why wouldn't you post signs on the "up" escalator to warn people that you will be trapped on the 3rd floor unless you want to take the stairs. Both the elevator and down escalator were out of order. Once you've made it to the 3rd floor, it's too late. If you are of a certain age or have mobility issues, this is a big problem going down 3 flights of stairs to the 2nd level where the escalator was actually working, going down. I did hear one sales person tell customers, "it's just one flight down". No, it's THREE flights down to the 2nd floor. A flight is an uninterrupted segment of stairs. I counted 3. It's one "story" or level down. As I made my escape I actually stopped a young person with what looked like a grandparent with a cane and warned them not to go to the 3rd floor unless they were prepared to take the stairs down. I'm sure Macy's lost more customers that it kept because of this fiasco.
