Cute cute shop with a ton of adorable purses and shoes! Definitely a boutique shop with higher end, unique merchandise so we loved it! It was one of the first shops during our girls' weekend and half of us left with something! And did I mention the sale? Yes SALE!!!! My friend and I both bought Lodis purses that were 70% off! Just came back from the grand Re-Opening of Magnolia's in Bainbridge Island. Magnolia's has moved on to Winslow Way. The collection is refined and perfect for the working glamor gal. We were at opening day and the store was packed. Regardless the services was perfect and attentive. The sales staff helped us find the perfect pair of shoes. Great sale rack! This is a shop my mom would love if she visited. I saw about a million things she would buy - great cozy, casual wear and a really nice selection of shoes - lots of leather booties and Eric Michael flats. I stop by this store from time to time to check out new merchandise and I can honestly say that I've only been acknowledged once. Once! It's blatantly disrespectful when I walk in and the ladies behind the counter keep chatting away, but when other customers enter the staff comes over - with the cheeriest voice - and ask if they need help or want to try something on. If it happened once, ok forgivable. Several times means my business isn't welcomed here. read more

I was visiting Seattle for a few days, had walked and walked, but brought the wrong shoes. We went to Bainbridge Island on our last day and I really needed a pair of Peds to wear with shoes, my feet were rubbing like crazy. Went into Magnolias and they were so nice and yes, they had the Peds, as I was putting the Peds on the owner showed me a pair of Bernie MeV shoes and said how comfortable they were. I hadn't planned to buy a pair of shoes, but when I put them on I felt like I was walking on air. Gladly bought the shoes, which by the way were 30% off, walked out of the store wearing them and had a most enjoyable walk around Bainbridge Island. I live in the SF Bay Area, so wish this shoe store was here in my area. Great shop, great owner and employee, saved the day for me. read more

Went in this last Friday (8-11-17) and the woman at the counter was so snotty. I wanted to buy several shoes that were marked down and buy a full price pair....she didn't want to help. She would rather help someone who was buying higher end clothes. Will never go in again. read more

Although the service was very good when I was buying boots (I purchased quite a few pair), it was like a different mindset when I had issues after I got home. I had been told a price to ship; I was charged more and there was no budging on their part to honor the initial price quoted. I made several phone calls, and the rudeness was shocking. I won't ever go back. No one should be treated the way I was treated. read more

I live on the island and stop at this store at least once a week. Last week I stopped by because they have a sale area in the store that I like. I noticed it wasn't there anymore and asked if they still had it. Two young employees wouldn't even look up from their phones, made no eye contact and one said "Nope". How rude is that? Not going back although I made many purchases over the years. I expect better customer service.This is unfortunate because I always try to buy local but won't put up with this lack of customer service. read more
