I entered as a visitor to the island, genuinely excited to browse and even went out of my way to compliment the inventory--despite the laughably inflated prices that would make even luxury resale shops blush. That courtesy was clearly wasted. When I asked to see a pair of Red Bottoms, the owner sneered and announced the price as though she were issuing a challenge. Upon my perfectly reasonable response that I'd like to see them, she laughed and asked, "Are you sure?"--a remark dripping with smug judgment and barely concealed disdain. Let me be clear: this was not "banter," nor was it misunderstanding. It was a deliberate, classist attempt to belittle a customer. To be treated with such open contempt in a retail environment is not just off-putting--it's remarkable in the worst possible way. Save yourself the time, the walk, and the insult. This store offers nothing you can't find elsewhere, minus the humiliation. Stay away.

Called the store about "all sales final on sales merchandise" on receipt and they are sticking to their policy. Have subsequently noted other review about deceptive pricing. Giving 2 stars because they did offer to hang the clothes in dressing room while I continued shopping, but I will not return to this store again. It's a shame as that type of clothing is my go to and Bainbridge Island is my new home as of late last year.

The boots were either crazy expensive or there was a serious lack of selection. Knowing how particular I can be my wife took to Yelp and found Charly Boots & Western Wear. After a quick ferry ride and a short drive I was at the store. The man himself gave me a hand and in less than 15 minutes I was walking out the door with a new pair of kicks. The best part was they gave me a tub of Mink oil with the instructions to rub the boots every 4 to 5 months to condition the leather. I ended up with a pair of Ariat Midtown Ramblers in Barn Brown, size 10. It was an amazing customer experience and I would highly recommend it.
