The cuticles and skin near nail beds we cut on two of my toes. On the first day of my vacation, 24 hours after gel manicure, my nails were chipping. I brought my two granddaughters, 16 and 7. I booked a child's mani and pedi for the 7 year old granddaughter. She got a pedicure but only a polish change on her fingernails. They said they didn't have time. My 16 year old granddaughter got designs on her nails that was done well. I gave feedback as they requested by text but I did not receive any acknowledgment of the response. In four days, 6 of my nails chipped and/or split!! I was going on a short vacation and wanted them to look good. I will say, they looked great but what good is that when it doesn't last?? I am SO happy I found this nail salon! I got a dip manicure with extensions and a pedicure today by Kathy. She is incredible and so friendly! I love how precise she is and takes her time for them to be perfect. She gives amazing massages as well, which is a total plus in my book because some people don't! The decor is absolutely beautiful as well. They did a really great job at decorating the place. It's so bright and welcoming. I also want to make a note of the pedicure chairs which I thought were so cool lol they have two feet rests so when the nail tech is scrubbing your feet, you get to rest them up there. I've been going to this nail salon for awhile now and I'm never disappointed. They always do an excellent job and everyone in there is so friendly. The salon itself is so clean and well taken care of. Tonight I had a pedicure and by no fault of the salon, had a reaction to one of the products due to extreme skin sensitivity. Even though the reaction completely subsided within minutes, they were kind enough to discount the service even when I insisted they did not have to. Literally. Kelly did my nails and I got this beautiful lilac color. I have a lot of events coming up and needed them done. I now have to go get one redone, because I slammed my finger in the car door really, really, hard. It broke the acrylic but if I didn't have acrylic I'm not sure I would have my fingertip. This is going to have to be a big no for me. Especially after I had to get my dip manicure fixed 3 times. Finally I said let's just re do the whole thing. The redid my nails mine you it's been less than a week and charged me 51 dollars. I decided to pay because I felt bad for the person. Nor did they acknowledge that this was my fourth time going to time without a week. I leave and start checking my nails and notice there's bubbles all over them: the nails look completely TERRIBLE!!!! I call and the man I spoke with acted like it was everything but their fault. Proceeded to say he did see me in there multiple times. I'd never make someone pay for nails less than a week old. One nail break I understand but THREE NAILS BROKE. One of them they fixed and it broke again because their "fixing" was just adding more top coat and calling it a day. I wanted to like this place. I really did. But after this .. I will never ever come here. I'd rather pay this money toward a nail place that actually cares about their customers and wants to do right when there are several mistakes. The staff is amazing, my only complaint is they are so busy it's hard to walk in last minute as everyone else loves them too! It is a nice nail salon that is clean and well-kept. I went in as a walk-in and at first they said no but then they kindly accommodated me. I appreciated that. My nail technician was friendly enough and the experience itself was good. The reason for the 3 stars? The quality of the final product. I got a gel mani two weeks ago now and I noticed that she missed a few spots right off the bat. The thing I disliked the most after I left however is how bad my cuticles looked. It was like she barely touched them. I haven't had a pro mani in a year (!) so my cuticles were bad. I left with them still thick and uneven in spots. Dry skin everywhere (the parts they usually snip off). And within a week when I had new growth, the polish was all jagged and peeling at the base. I just got another mani today elsewhere and what a difference! The guy spent forever on my cuticles and he removed a lotttttt or cuticle. It was unbelievable. I was in a rush that day and didn't want to deal with it. I just choose not to go back. read more

The nail technicians were super polite and not yelling across the salon at each other like in similar places around town. I called earlier in the day and made an appointment for a gel manicure in the evening. The whole appointment, from arrival to payment, took a total of just under 30 minutes and my manicure is simply amazing. Nina did a great job on helping me pick a color and do an accent nail as well! I really enjoyed my experience and as a first time customer I received a $5 off coupon for my next visit! They encourage patrons to pay with cash because there is a $1 service charge on cards. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this salon. I recently had a gel manicure here and 2 days after my appointment the complete gel covering on my pointer finger came completely off in one solid piece. Two nails on my other hand chipped and the white covering came off as well. Please see photos. I was also charged $41.00 when their price list states it was $31.00. When I inquired about the price difference I was told that was for a solid color, not a french. Spoke to Andrew (the manager) and he refused to give me a refund. After I showed him my nails and demanded a refund he reluctantly agreed. He gave me a refund of $38.00 not the $41.00 I had paid. So I took what he gave me and left. Watch out for this place!! i got a dip manicure with tips. i went to see pj first, and he made me bleed, my mail tips were lifting, and the shape was awful and lumpy. then i went back to "fix them" and they blamed it on "my fingers" which it wasn't considering the fact that i've had tips glued on multiple times. i just think they were too lazy to actuallt fix my nails. 0/10 experience will NOT be returning. read more

My girlfriend and I decided to go for pedicures and I also got a manicure. Lyn did my nails and Tina did my friends. Both ladies did a phenomenal job!! They were also super friendly!! My friend had been having issues with ingrown toenails which are very common, and Tina made sure to take care of them for her and clean them up. My friend was so relieved and happy about how critique Tina was at making sure to get every little spot that was needed. I have been a customer for years and will no longer being going here. I booked my pink and white fill and pedicure for 1p-3p today and showed up 4mins late. I was then continually scolded that I was 25 mins late and told I could not get both services after "confirming" that I had only regular fill and pedi. I then brought up my online appointment to show that I had booked for correct services, pink and white fill and pedi and for 1p. Lucy kept saying that's not what's in the system and continued to tell me I was 25 mins late even though I had shown her that's not what I booked. I was embarrassed in front of all of the customers and walked out at this point as I have a trip in 2 days and wanted both services. You have lost a good customer because of this. I was a new customer and was put with Tina. I wanted dip powder and an almond shape extension. First - she Kept asking me what color what color when I was looking. I showed her a picture of the shape I wanted and said can you do this? I've had almond before and sometimes it can be too skinny or too rounded. She told me yes. My nails came out horrible! I kept telling her they are too round. She never used the fill under the nail so all the extra dip I was picking off. She didn't cut my cuticles or getting the little skin around my nail off. It was so horrible! Don't ask for Tina, she has no clue what she's doing. I went to a different place today and they couldn't believe a nail tech would allow me to leave like that. I didn't have time to stay. I am just not going back there! Oh and the totally was $56 when she told me $55! So weird! One more thing - when she did the dip she didn't dip my finger so sprinkled it over the nail and told me she doesn't dip because of Covid! She could have put some powder in another container. My nails looks so horrible and not almond shape! Please train Tina or let her stick to pedicures! read more
