I have been with Laura for about 4 years now. I was with her when she worked at another salon, and I followed her here when she moved. I should also add that I live close to Boston but make the trip up to Derry to see Laura because of her talent, honesty, and great personality! Before my wedding in August 2017, she patiently spent months coloring my hair to get it to match my vision for my wedding day, and helped me pick out the perfect hair extensions. I felt like a princess on my wedding day!!! I honestly never thought my hair could look so good, as if I were a celebrity, but it did! My husband's grandmother is a retired hairdresser and she was impressed with my hair for the big day! Laura has taken my rich, dark (almost black) hair to blonde and back to natural, and has done a great job every time. She also offers Brazilian blowouts, which are great for straight-iron addicts. As of recently, due to covid, I've been seeing Amy for these, and she does an excellent job as well. This is a letter that was sent to the management of Salon Tuscany, regarding an independent stylist that works there. I highly recommend NOT letting her ruin your hair. Management did respond and apologize. They stated it would be up to Laura to refund the service. I am writing to address a service that my daughter had done last week. I will attach pictures that speak for themselves. When addressed with Laura, she gave numerous excuses and flat out lies of why my daughter's hair turned out like this. After being in the industry for many years, I know for a fact that she knew she made a mistake by bringing Alex back to the sink for a second toner. All that was being requested was a simple partial highlight of her "virgin" roots. When my daughter stated she was unhappy with the outcome, Laura said she would fix it next week for another $65. I find this completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Laura never apologized, only gave a slew of excuses and said it was a "corrective color." That was never discussed. The only thing Laura offered was the tip back, shameful. I didn't even address the fact that Laura started a haircut, stopped in the middle of it and left my daughter soaking wet. She had to leave the salon this way after she was told her she didn't have time to finish the service. She now has to go elsewhere and pay for someone to fix the mess Laura created. UPDATE She has since had her hair fixed and it looks fantastic, besides the few places she didn't lift enough the first time with Laura. I would never , EVER go back! I have purchased a living social deal for two shellac manicures. I am a new client, and I wanted to check out a new place. As soon as I purchased the deal, I have scheduled an appointment. I was not thrilled with a nail technician Christina Andrews. My shellac manicure lasted ONLY one week! (CND). I thought my first time was a bad experience, I will give them a second chance. My second appointment was cancelled over the phone when I called in to let them know I am running 5-7 minutes late ( I thought a courtesy called would be appreciated it! ) and I did mentioned that I am already half way to the salon. They needed 1 hour for the shellac manicure and 55 minutes was not enough. They knew I am a new client! It was such a disappointment because I had a special event and needed to get it done that night ( that was mentioned as well in my conversation with the receptionist and Christina). The place is expensive and offers the worst customer service! I would not recommend it! read more

I've been going to this salon for over 5 years. Lisa cuts my hair and both my 22 year old and 6 year old daughter's hair. Dawn and Christina have done my two son's hair. They are all very good at their work. It's a nice atmosphere; clean, well organized, nicely decorated. They also do manicures and pedicures if you go for that kind of thing (I don't). I would recommend this place very highly. My suggestion: make an appointment for your next hair cut right away. They are so popular there is always a wait. read more

I have been going to Salon Tuscany for over three years. I could not be happier with the services that they provide. They truly want customers to leave the salon satisfied. I have gone to the salon for hair cuts, highlights, eyebrow waxes, and mani/pedis. They always provide top service, no matter what the area. Stacy is an excellent hair stylist, and she has become the only person I trust with my hair. Stacy and Allison provided the services for my bridal party on my wedding day (updos and make-up) and I received countless compliments on my hair as well as the hair of the bridal party. Dawne is the owner, and she is awesome, and Jocelyne mans the desk. She is always warm and welcoming when you first arrive. In my opinion, you deserve to leave the salon feeling and looking beautiful, and Salon Tuscany delivers on both accounts. read more

I drove by this place so many times and always thought what a cute salon... by chance a groupon came my way and decided to go for it and try it out. So glad I did. I walked in and was immediately greeting with a huge genuine smile by Stacy who happened to be my hair dresser as well. She was very easy to talk to, and listened to my complete indecisiveness and came up with a balance between what I thought I wanted and what I was actually comfortable with. I purchased a Groupon for a Brazilian Blowout - what a wonderful experience and great deal! I called to make an appointment and was able to get the day and time I requested. The salon is easy to get to with off street parking. I was greeted by the receptionist and introduced to my stylist, Amy. She was super sweet! Took my coat and asked if I wanted anything to drink. She then explained the process and got right to work. Amy was so easy to talk to, making the experience that much better. Her coworkers were all busy with clients and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. The Brazilian Blowout did wonders for my hair. Highly recommended! read more
