I had never been here, but I drove by and realized I needed prom nails. They took my walk-in with no hassle and didn't rush it at all. Susan was exceptional and even tolerated me changing my mind about colors last-minute. I got a regular pedicure and the base level gel manicure, both of which were reasonably priced and they did not try to upsell after the initial ask. This salon is so great! I was out of town visiting Nashua and needed to get my previous gel manicure removed and redone with a different color. I opted for a light pink color after having bright blue nails, and they did a really nice job! I called a day before to make the appointment and went on a Monday afternoon. The salon itself is quiet and peaceful, and the staff is very sweet! They made me comfortable at the manicure seating and their chairs are very comfortable, you can sit in them for a while without discomfort. As for the manicure, this was a hard color that required a few coats to brighten it up, but the manicurist kept asking me when it looked good and when I asked for another coat was very polite and did them to my liking. They give a nice back in after your manicure is done for a few minutes, and a hand massage with nice smelling lotion. Cash is king, please pay with cash if possible, it is their preference at this salon. Pictures to see how they came out! I went here for a gel pedicure and was overall happy with it. My main problem is the lack of transparency in pricing. They don't advertise their prices online and don't list correct prices in the salon. I got the basic spa pedicure which is listed as $50 in big writing on their wall menu. I was shocked when I got charged $70 instead!! It makes me feel like they charge based on what they think people will be willing to pay. Also these are the kind of prices you pay in luxury spas not your average nail salon. Additionally, their gel colors are very limited and there's just not much to choose from. Having said that, the lady who did my pedicure did a great job and paid attention to detail so I gave her a good tip. read more

I hesitate to tell how special this place is because it's a hidden gem. Fantastic job on my pedi. They take extra care when cleaning your cuticles as well as unsightly calluses. The massage. Wow. A timer is set for the amount of time one selects and boom! A circulation party! Quality nail polish, not "watered down". While your feet dry under the fan, a small neck massage is performed. Salons are still closed in MA and I wasn't sure when they would re-open so I made an appointment here for a madi and pedi. James was quiet but did an absolutely amazing job! He is truly a master masseuse. I opted for the lavender spa pedi and I was so relaxed. It was worth every penny. They do a paraffin was treatment for your heel and also for your hands with the pedi. They give customers a short upper back massage while the wax dries. The stress just melted away. Also, the place was super clean and my nails looked great. read more

I am obsessed! I've been looking for a good nail salon(I gave up on great a long time ago) in the area and decided to give this place a go after reading all of the reviews. Seated right away for a pedicure, in a clean massage chair that actually worked, and handed a menu to select which service I would like. My legs were covered in a mask and wrapped in warm towels during the pedicure. Every pedicure includes a 15 minute foot massage where they actually set a timer! At the end of the pedicure, while my toe nails were being painted, my heels were dipped in paraffin wax to make them nice and soft. The most relaxing pedicure I've had in a long time. After my pedicure I had a fill done. My nail tech was the owner of the salon and a perfectionist. He took his time to shape my nails exactly the way I wanted, with a nail file, not the nail drills you see in every other salon. After my nails were painted, my hands were dipped in paraffin and covered. I was given a shoulder massage while I waited for the paraffin to cool. After the paraffin was removed, he put lotion on my hands and gave me a hand massage on each hand. Again, the most relaxing nail appointment ever. Worst manicure and pedicure I've ever had. She was rushed the entire time and this was the first time I've had nail procedures hurt. Not just once in awhile, but the entire time. Pain due to excessive pressure on cuticles and clipping the cuticle. Bleeding started on one of my toes and three of my fingernails and I have no bleeding disorders or take aspirin or any other blood thinners. I rebled several times after I left. I called same-day and made an appointment for a dip manicure. When I walked in, they knew exactly who I was and I waited under 10 minutes while I chose my color. The chairs had pillows for back support, the desks were clean, the environment was quiet and relaxing, and prices were listed very clearly on a sign at the entrance. Anny did my nails and she took her time to make sure all the edges were cleaned up, nails were the same length, had a smooth finish and much more. She did all of the things I used to get during manicures and on top of everything else, they gave a free shoulder massage while my top coat dried. Honestly, this is an amazing hidden gem. I needed to get my nails fixed because I totally messed them up and I called an hour before and they were able to get me in.
