The staff was incredibly friendly and they are very diligent in their informative videos for after piercing care. They have a number you can text with questions at any time. My daughter didn't cry or complain at all during the piercing. She said she barely felt it. Rather than a punch gun like places in the mall, they use sterile needles which are much less painful. Her ears didn't bleed barely at all and they felt completely back to normal within a few days. Definitely recommended.

Tabby (the sweet lady at the front desk) was also very helpful in talking me through what a daith was going to feel like, making the experience much smoother.
