I've been going to cape may for about 9 yrs. while vacationing there I drove by this tattoo shop on the way to the beach. Of course I had to stop in. I met the owner and set an appointment to see Caity. I was told she was just finishing up her apprenticeship. I have been getting tattoos for the last 30yrs by my local tattooist. Then I met Caity. Absolutely loved this place! From the second you walk in the door the staff makes you feel welcome. My artists worked with me to pick out the font of my tattoo and did not get frustrated when I wanted to change it (three times lol). Perigee Moon is my go-to tattoo shop! I LOVE that it's run by all women, and the atmosphere is so inviting and eclectic. I've always had a pleasant experience every time I get a new tattoo. My only "complaint" is that they've become so popular that it's gotten much harder to book an appointment! I'm hoping to come in again soon. I can't recommend this shop enough! read more

Katie is amazing. Took her maybe 15 min each to complete my tattoos. She was friendly and encompassed my grandmother and mothers's handwriting perfectly. I love going to Perigee Moon. All the staff there are really nice and mellow. For the past three years, I have been going back once a year to get tattooed. K is the woman who tattoos me. She's very talented and incredibly nice. I also like how the studio is very zen and not explicit as other parlors. I definitely recommend this shop. read more
