I had a horrible experience here. We dropped off my husband's car to get fixed and it was a headache since then. It took 8 months to get the car back and they would not answer our phone calls or what's app messages when we reached out for a status update. We had paid upfront most of the bill so we were pretty uncomfortable with the lack of communication. We went over to the shop multiple times in person to check on the car, it became the only way to get an update. Additionally, when we finally got the car back, there were car accessories/items missing from the car. We asked them about those items and they never appeared. They lost them. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. read more

I've found a new place to get work done in my Beamer for a decent price and by an honest person. Marcelo is the owner of this shop. I bumped into him at a gas station coincidently after I was looking up shops that works on BMW's. I was getting tired of South Motors bullsh*ting w my car. He gave me his card and the rest was history. When I took my car he figured out one of the problems right away and fixed it right away which South Motors could not do after I took it up there twice. The other problem he was able to get my part for $400 cheaper than what South Motors was trying to charge. Of course I was not ready to replace the part needed for I needed to discuss it w my husband first but, he fixed the other problems and didn't bother to charge me! After telling my husband about it my husband most def want to do business w Marcelo! Also Marcelo offers to take you to a shopping center or wherever u may want to go while waiting on ur car or u can sit in his shop and watch tv. His shop is actually comfortable and not cluttered or disgusting looking like other shops I've been to. If you need basic work or want your car tricked out check out Marcelo. Not wanting to take my son's car that needed work to the dealer I brought it to this auto shop that I had bookmarked a year ago. They were professional and although they took the whole day to finish brakes and an oil change, it was a lot cheaper than what I had paid at the dealer a week before to replace my front brakes. Dropped my car at 9:30 and car was not ready until after 6:30 pm. I was freaking out since It was my first time and I didn't know them. Great customer service. I found the parking situation a little hectic as people park anywhere. Overall I would like to think that I found my new mechanic for my family and I for things that are not covered under my warranty. They also advised me how to handle my new brakes something that my dealer didn't. read more

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE FOR ANY REASON! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE! I had a groupon for an oil change, wash and vacuum. They did the oil change but the wash was horrible, I saw a lot of specs and dirt still on my car after they supposedly washed it. They did not vacuum my car AT ALL, there was still dirt on and under my mats. I left my info (name and number) before I left so that they could give me a call to let me know my car had been finished (which they did not). The worst thing of all was when I came back for my car to look at the outside they put their own license plate cover/holder over my license plate to get free advertisement off of me which I then took off in the blazing summer sun by myself while I sweated because I never use a license plate cover on my vehicle. They put it on WITHOUT my permission which is so rude and the guy at the front desk which I assume is the owner came back with other license plate covers to swap theirs out for which he shrugged his shoulders and said "here take all of these since you care so much about it" which is unprofessional and you shouldn't say to anyone at all. It is my vehicle so of course I care about what you do to the inside and outside of my car with my permission and especially WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. One of the cutest auto shops I've been to! Mostly because of the cutie in the last picture (big dog). This business felt so homey and comfy. It pains me to give it three stars but I was here for two hours for an oil change. I found it through 'Groupon' and got a great deal, so don't regret it. Unfortunately, the deal also included a car wash and detail, so I felt this justified the long wait time, but when I got in the car there was still visible sand. It's not about that though, I honestly just wanted the oil change but if they advertise that's included it should be done right. Even if I was in and out with the oil change done in max an hour and my car was not cleaned I would have been happy. I should mention it was raining, but I didn't feel this affected it because, like I said, the car didn't look like it had been cleaned. It was an absolutely pleasant visit to this shop. I found out about them because i bought a Groupon for an oil change and car wash. Marcelo, the owner, greeted me and treated me like family. He added grease to the tie rods that I had installed and didn't even charged! You can tell that these guys take care of each car as if it were their own! Even the car wash was amazing and thorough. I never leave reviews because Im simply lazy to deal with them however I really had to leave a review about this place! Besides the fact that they keep your car for way too long, they also rip your pockets and dont fix NOTHING! I brought my porsche there from an accident and they ended up MESSING UP the A/C and the horn! My car has NO HORN and the AC stopped working! Then I brought my truck there to fix the A/C, mind you my truck is old and I got charged for it almost $600 - ok cool BUT as soon as I got out of there I realized the A/C was NOT fixed, still hot in the car! I told them to fix my porsche since they messed it up and they call me telling me they're gonna charge me over $200 for something I didnt give them permission to! I simply asked to fixed what they fucked up and they still tried to rip me off. WORST PLACE EVER! read more

They are fair, and will never tell you that something needs to be done that does not, and if they are doing something and see that there is another issue that needs to be addressed, they will tell you, and it helps you save on extra labor. Update on my nightmare with xtreme autowerke. The BMW dealership was able to fix my car and was able to find out why my car was still blowing blue smoke after xtreme autowerke repaired it. Apparently, they installed it incorrectly. I asked for refund of my $1000 and my request was declined. So now I have to waste my time going to the court house to file a small claims suit. What a nightmare this has been. Please PLEASE be careful with these people!! They do not stand behind their work! read more

Rip off. Marcelo's strategy is for you to leave your car for weeks while he finds things that are bad or he makes them up. You will pay for parts that are not bad. Claims he changed it. Sensors and other items he disconnects and then gives you an estimate to fix. High labor cost. I was charged $130 to change spark plugs. Example: I took my car in for oil pan sensor. Fuel pump was working. After one week or so, get call that fuel pump not working. Marcelo wanted $600 to $800 for new one. I took my car, towed it, to another shop. Found fuel pump disconnected. WTF... Most people have commented on oil change and brake change. My 16 year old can change oil and change brakes. When I need a mechanic, it's for actual mechanical work. I took two of my five cars and spent more with Marcelo than buying another car. My understanding is that Marcelo works with some people and than defrauds others. I was one of the defrauded. Will not recommend this shop. read more

Horrible experience! Got them through a word of mouth basis , when I called I asked if they dealt with regular cars not just exotic ones , and they told me they did ! Once I got there I asked once more and they reassure me that they did , they took my car for 4 hours for a diagnosis and said they were going to call me back once was done . They never called me ,once I picked up the car they said they dint have the quote done , that they were going to need another day for the quote but they were going to call "tomorrow " once they had it ! The next day rolled around and no call , I call and they ignore it , following day I call and talked to someone that tells me that they don't have a quote done two days after my car was in the shop and to wait for a cal on the next day for sure . Next day I called and no one picks up anymore ! Now I understand that I don't have a fancy car ! It's a 10 years old Toyota , but I did asked twice before heading down from far and they had reassure me they would "take care of me ! " I had a bad experience, don't even know if they really even checked the car . My opinion is unless you got a project that you are ready to pay a lot of money , save your time because it was a waste of mine ! read more
