I've gone to their carwashes by my home at $15 and received a free towel and air freshener. I was in the area so I stopped here. Unfortunately will be my 1st and only visit due to the wash itself. Unfortunately, the impact did penetrate through some parts of the PPF and left residual scratch marks, however had I not had the PPF the damage would have been much worse and cost a lot more to fix. Finally got everything sorted out and Peter was very easy to communicate with. I think I reached out on Monday and by Friday I was picking up my car. Back to the job quality, because to not talk about it and give the quality absolute praise is a crime. I looked at it initially and reacted like a those people on home renovation shows, because I could not tell it was there. Being that the kit has multiple pieces, Peter did a great job of bringing them together seamlessly. The headlights are so clean, as are the fenders and hood. The custom pieces in my grille took some patience, but Peter got it done. I've had the car over 24 hours and I am still looking with amazement because I've had another PPF on the car before and this is so much better. Thank you!

Rather then calling me like a normal person, he decides to DM on IG. I specially gave him instructions the night before to remind him that my bumper is a European bumper and not a US Spec. But he decides to message me at 8am asking me if I wanted him to cut the BMW roudel and PDC/cameras holes by hand. I told home numerous times that i wanted the holes to be cut out by computer from the Xpel pattern on their website. To make a long story short. Because I did not respond to him at 8am, he decides to cancel my appointment and said can we do it another day. Basically, he wasted my whole day, due to the fact that I waited around for himS Obviously, he does respect my time. This guy needs to work on his customer service shills in the future.
