I used Peter in the past. Made an appointment for Friday to have the Clear Bra done on my 2018 M3. He decides to cancel our appointment for 2:30pm without giving me proper notice., because I did not get back to me at 8am in response to the pattern to be cut. Rather then calling me like a normal person, he decides to DM on IG. I specially gave him instructions the night before to remind him that my bumper is a European bumper and not a US Spec. But he decides to message me at 8am asking me if I wanted him to cut the BMW roudel and PDC/cameras holes by hand. I told home numerous times that i wanted the holes to be cut out by computer from the Xpel pattern on their website. To make a long story short. Because I did not respond to him at 8am, he decides to cancel my appointment and said can we do it another day. This review is long overdue. Peter worked on my Tesla Model 3 back in August 2018. I had Xpel wrap done on the front bumper, head lights, full hood, front fenders, side mirrors, rear bumper luggage and center console. The attention to detail with the wrap was excellent. The wrap was tucked in under the hood and corners. I couldn't even tell the car had a clear bra, you would have to look really close. I think the installer matters and you get what you pay for. Peter also had his Tint Specialist install Rayno Phantom S9 30% for the front side windows, back windows and rear window in one piece. Peter worked on the car for 2 days which I didn't mind since he took his time. After 7 months the clear bra and tint are still holding up well and looks excellent. To get berated by Peter when I am about to spend 2k for his service is ridiculous, after already spent 2k on a previous RX350.
