Went in for the appointment and it was lost by the computer system or never saved. The one lady there tried to salvage the appointment with just a cut, which was nice. But, it was wrong (definitely a generational thing, they don't seem up to date on current styles) and I ended up getting it fixed elsewhere that day. I didn't feel like I could say anything since she wasn't even suppose to be cutting my hair and was just doing it be be nice. They don't take cards. Only cash or check. (I mentioned that I had just had a baby.) I thought she was just being friendly so I told her two, and she said, "well, your hair is falling out." Again I ignored her, so she made a big dramatic sigh and frown in the mirror. Weird. I don't know if she was having a bad day, but it was very strange and made me uncomfortable. When I go to a luxury salon, the service and results aren't all that matter; I expect a calming and pleasant experience.
