The guy arrived at 7am, sat in his car typing pretend notes, put signs in the yard and left. When i called, they said he did the work. I said that the gate was locked, my 2 pit bulls were in the yard and I was right there having coffee. They refuse to do anything about it. This is theft and I'm not letting it go. read more

We had to update this review as ExperiGreen has fallen off the last 2 years. They became unresponsive to our requests for better service as our weeds multiplied while also missing multiple appointments. When we decided to cancel a service via text and they claimed we didn't they still charged us full price. We had waited almost 6 weeks for that service as well. Their add on service of insect repellant is also overpriced and done at a "get it done and get paid" service level. We did cancel our service and never heard back. Appreciated the first couple of years so leaving that review as they did a good job. The past 2 years proved time and time again we needed to move onto a new company. Thank you. read more

Experigreen started off great. It went down hill after the second application. Constantly missing appointments. Claiming they showed up and applied when I have the tech on camera driving up, sticking a flag in my yard and leaving. I guess he didn't realize I work from home full time. We had the upgraded package where they were meant to come out additional times for problem spots, but this was never honored. If you are lucky, they show up, spray, and leave. We started with a completely new yard of dirt.regraded our old yard & they seeded/aerated then killed off the junk! We had a very hot summer & through all that we've started out w/a beautiful Green lawn! But since it's the 1st year of new lawn I have a few bald spots which I told them last year there was a few & right away they came & reseeded free. And you actually talk to a person & they always answer the their phone! I've tried too many other people and have never wrote a review I feel this company deserves one! read more

ExperiGreen had been taking care of my lawn for about 3 years. I had always followed thier recomended services. In the late summer they told me I should get grub treatment. After it was put on I had some large brown spots in the yard. I explained to them that I didn't want any more services done until they came out and explained to me how my yard was going to get fixed. They said they would and still did another service without talking to me. When they informed they they were coming out again I told them the same thing, no more work until they talk to me. Twice, I sent and called to cancel the service. Once, October, 2020 then again, April, 202l. Yet they still treated the lawn. I called the Columbus Office and was told they never received any information concerning my desire to cancel and was told there could not be a total refund, but half would be deducted. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and was told nothing else could be done. My next step is to call the corporate office. I was dismayed at the tone and discourteous conversation with whomever was handling the call. Also disturbing, when you call, there is no way to leave a message. Why is that? read more

My grass is like a carpet. The employees are great. Customer service can screw up. But the employee who does the job very friendly. Might get them again. But irrigation is three times amount I use to pay so I go to my older grass company for that. read more

We signed up for Experigreen lawn service at the Columbus home so. We purchased a 7 treatment package. In fairness they were timely with the service. However some of the services such as weed kill did not work at all to our satisfaction. We gave them the opportunity to come back and reset ice. They did however it did not have any affect on the weeds. So we contacted the corporate office who informed us they would credit us for two of the services which totaled around $300 due to the size of our yard, and we canceled the service. At that time we had received a total of five services from them. We then received a call from the local Columbus office. They made the offer to try to restore our confidence. Their approach to this was to try to sell us additional services versus issuing us the requested refunds. After some back-and-forth we decided that we were not interested in this and requested our refund. They were not authorized to do so and so we went back to the corporate office. They promised to investigate and get back with us which they never did. After calling them at least two additional times to understand the status of our request a refund we have still not heard back. So we are reluctantly putting this negative review on yelp. read more

I Hi,I had my lawn service today and the Gentlemen lefted the invoice on the door plus letting me know the sevice he did and he suggested that I need irrigation&over seed well that was done in Sept.when it was 90 degrees so I really don't think it done any good when I talked to a gentlemen at the office he said that is normally when they do it I said you should have waited until the temperature dropped down,over all they did a great job this season. read more

I had Experigreen do a chemical aeration for my lawn back in the Fall, and at that time, I clearly communicated that I just needed them for a one-time service because my primary lane care provider was booked. At that time, they did not mention anything about a subscription or needing to cancel a subscription. Last week, Experigreen came to my house unannounced, did another chemical aeration on my lawn, and then placed a bill for $120 on my door. Also, the person who treated my lawn only treated the front yard and did not touch the backyard, as I could see this through my Ring doorbell video. When I spoke to a customer service rep, she stated that I needed to cancel my subscription, and this was why they came back out to my house. I explained to her repeatedly that I was never informed about a subscription or needing to cancel a subscription, as I was clear with the intake person that I only needed a one-time application. The intake person showed zero empathy, and was unwilling to do anything other than flad my payment as "under dispute" which does nothing. I called back the following day and received a different customer service rep who was much nicer and more responsive, but she basically told me that I would be able to escalate my concerns to a supervisor, and that the best she could do was give me half off for my treatment. I appreciated the gesture, but I communicated to her that this business practice to charge someone for a service that was not approved, was extremely unethical and wrong. For those who are considering a lawn care service, I would strongly recommend NOT using Experigreen, so that you do not experience the same unethical treatment that I received. read more

I haven't had a lawn service in some time, the last company I really couldn't see much difference and the communication was never that good. So far everything has been working very well, the first few visits went really well - Casey and Scott were extremely helpful and spent a lot of time explaining things to me. I'm already seeing a big difference in my yard for the most part, I'm hoping they can fix a small trouble spot that is extremely shaded. They shared a lot of valuable information with me and provided additional written literature on what I can do to help this process. read more

I will never recommend this company to ANYONE! After a year, our yard looked worse than when service started. I canceled service last year on their website, as I was told I could do when I signed up, and surprise, they still came and serviced my yard and presented me a bill. Last night, I called right away to explain what I was told and what I did. Chelsea advised that she would have to look into it and call me back today. I specifically requested a call back to my cell phone and she called my home phone. When I called her to follow up, I was told they had no record of my service cancellation. I advised her at that time that that really wasn't my problem. She told me I would be responsible for the bill and that they would turn me over to collections if I didn't pay it! I asked to speak to a manager and she told me their isn't anyone above her. I then asked her if she was the owner and she admitted she was not. She kept interrupting everything I was trying to say and then advised she would disconnect the call. Absolute horrible customer service, not to mention horrible yard care service as well! read more

We are very pleased with the results of ExperiGreen treating our lawn. Weed control is good, the grass is looking real good, and is nice and thick. Even though we suspended treatment for a couple months while our new backyard patio was installed, the results of ExperiGreen's work has been very good!! Our only negative is that even though we reduced the size of our yard by almost half, we were still charged the same amount for our full yard. No one responded to our request that the charges be reduced since there would be less product used and less labor. That's our only complaint. We will be using them again next year, as of now. read more

Trying to establish a new lawn after a build is probably the most pain in the arse thing. At first we were going to try to save some money (lolololol) and do it ourselves. A rep with experigreen was out canvasing our neighborhood and stopped me. at first i was hesitant but agreed. My point of contact has been such a tremendous help from pricing, to informing us about how it all works, and working with us. Honestly excited to see whats to come. Really?!? Their big sell to me was that their products are "pet-friendly". While that may be true, evidently their service technicians are not. They left the fence gate to my back yard unlocked and open - AND MY DOGS GOT OUT!! Makes me so angry.....complete lack of care!! Then I call in to speak to a manager/supervisor and "no one is available". I tell the receptionist what happened and that I wanted to cancel my services effective immediately. No apology, no concern over my dogs - didn't ask if we found them, nope........just "ok I've got you cancelled." RIDICULOUS!!! read more

I wouldn't even give this "company" at star. They should be shut down! We are not the first to experience this exact experience. At first, we were very happy with the services. For the same cost that we were doing Scotts lawn treatment ourselves, someone was coming over to do our lawn for us. They were attentive and let us know what we could do better. However...fast forward to the second year of service, our family experienced a medical emergency which left us to neglect watering and in a financial crisis. We called to reschedule a few services and then ultimately decided to temporarily cancel services. Well that when the true colors of the company started to show. They would not stop coming to our house! We called and complained a few times...told them to stop coming and bit the bullet and paid. But guess what...every time we paid..they came back out!!!! Finally a neighbor contacted me at work (knowing what was going on) and told me they were on our property AGAIN! I called and spoke to a manager at their corporate office who immediately contacted this gentleman (who we had been talking with through his PERSONAL CELL PHONE!!!) and they left our home immediately without finishing. I was told we would not be charged and that our services were for sure cancelled. But then..when I got home I realized that not only did they immediately leave (Without finishing) like asked to do so..but they also left our gate open letting our dog run away!!! But here's the kicker, 3 months AFTER all this, we got a letter that the company was STILL CHARGING US AND SENDING US TO COLLECTIONS! We contacted them 6 times!!! By phone, email, and certified letter and the companies only response was that they didn't have the communication because the gentleman running our account was using his personal devices and was fired....In the end they still charged us half the bill which we paid to be done with them for good. But we will NEVER RETURN and our neighbors are very aware to also steer clear. BUYER BEWARE. Once you sign up...be ready to stay forever or for a fight to leave. read more
