When I made the purchase, I told the sales rep, who seemed disinterested from the beginning, that I needed a necklace for that night since I was from out of town. After trying both on at my hotel, I decided to wear the rope necklace because the Cuban link style was too short. Today is September 3, and I went back to the mall to return the Cuban link necklace. When I arrived, there was no one at the kiosk for about 10 minutes. Eventually, two women came and assisted me. I explained to one of them that I wanted to return the Cuban link necklace because I didn't like the length. She inspected it, processed the refund, handed me the final receipt, and I left. I then went to the food court to enjoy some pizza from Sbarro. As I was eating, the same woman who processed the return approached me aggressively, accusing me of trying to return a necklace that wasn't purchased at her store. She went on a rant, threatening to call security and accusing me of scamming a small business. She told me that she had voided my refund, claiming I was trying to pull a scam. Then as she walked off I was called a "broke a** n****". I was completely confused, feeling as though I was being punked. When I tried to respond, she stormed off. This can be verified via the cameras in the mall. I cleaned up my trash and returned to the jewelry kiosk, attempting to discuss the situation. However, the woman was still visibly upset and angry. I requested that they review the camera footage from August 31 to verify my purchase, but they refused. The sales rep who sold me the necklaces was present and claimed that she didn't remember selling them to me. Their reasoning was that the clasp on the necklace didn't match the ones they carried. I asked them to show me the clasps on other similar necklaces, and it turned out to be the same clasp. The only difference was that my clasp had a mark on it, which could have come from me trying to open it. They refused to acknowledge this possibility. Instead, I was labeled as a scammer, supposedly trying to cheat their business because others had done so in the past. They claimed the necklace looked worn, even though I had only put it on once to check it in the mirror. After reading other reviews, I realized that this kind of complaint about the necklace's color wearing off seemed common. After about seven minutes, the woman who had processed my return came back and apologized for approaching me so aggressively in the food court. Throughout this process, she and my sister exchanged words because my sister was upset about how we had been treated from the start, and rightfully so. I reiterated that I was from out of town and that I had a similar necklace back home in North Carolina. They accused me of swapping the necklaces to deceive them, I could provide names, but the woman with braids refused to give hers. I appreciated the apology, but I was still unhappy about how I had been treated. The necklace was only $120, which wasn't a big deal; I just didn't need it and was traveling back to North Carolina the next day. Ultimately, they never reviewed the footage. I left with a voided refund and no necklace, as I told them to keep it because I didn't need it. They mentioned it would just go in the trash. I've bought a necklace from them in the past without any issues, but this time was different and disappointing. Please review the footage from today September 3rd and from August 31st. Our lawyer will be notified of the problem, the Better Business Bureau will be contacted as well as any and all avenues to report your mishandling of this situation, and further action will be taken against your company. I worked in customer service at Abercrombie and Fitch as a call center supervisor/email team supervisor for 4 years and NEVER, NEVER have I EVER seen anyone treated as poorly as we have been treated. I will include below the previous emails we have sent documenting the "service" your employee and company have given us. The representative, Alonzo Patete, came to fix what I believed was a cracked screen. Instead of letting me know it was just the screen protector that needed replaced, he proceeded to take the entire phone apart, (looking to make more money) and in the process damaged my home button which is no longer in working condition. He proceeded to send me a cancellation of services notice he wanted me to accept, I assume to cover himself from the damages and make it look like we cancelled. Alonzo was here with my fiance and I for almost 2 hours and damaged the phone and misled me in the process. We did not accept the cancellation and have been waiting to hear from someone who can tell us how repairs will be made. This has been a HUGE inconvenience, has taken WAY too long to fix, and something has to be done. We are very disappointed in the entire process and how we have been mistreated. experience for us.

Which resulted in a line crack in the top portion of the screen slightly, I only wanted to get this fixed soon as the crack started to slightly glitch the area it was in. After discussing and Moose verifies he can get the correct parts and what the overall cost would be with labor included I made a payment that day he took a look at my laptop. We were on the same page that this laptop would be in a better condition as if I had just bought it, same touch screen, the slight frame damage would be gone. When I went to drop my laptop off it was a different guy who took it in, requested the charger to make sure he can do what was needed if it had died, if he had any questions he will call. Never once received any calls, all calls given were out bound and I was constantly checking if it was done or close to being done. I was told It was a 2 hour job and Moose did not finish his "job" until 7-8 hours later. I dropped off my laptop at 10 am and I did not get told to come get it until it was 7:30 pm. Moose needs to hang up being any electrical device repairmen because he will find the cheapest route to keep business and more likely jack your shit up if your looking for an expertise resolution. He is not the guy I would trust and here is why, the following statements from Moose himself. 1. Did not take any means of documentation(has never had documentation for his works) that's not a professional.. very unlicensed behavior ; flipped any means of accountability to the damages he did. 2. He did not contact me before he decided to force a screen that was either not the right part or he did not know how to properly repair my type of laptop. 3. Decided to add adhesive glue to hold the screen in the frame. (found out from a TRUE EXPERT if I decided to keep that screen in, it would be further damages waiting to occur, since I was given the cheap quality of work Moose decided to spend his very busy hours doing to rush and get back to doing his many orders of phone screen repairs. 4. Not only did he not replace my originally TOUCH screen with a non-touch screen, he advised me to be extra careful and to not flip over my laptop like it was DESIGNED TO IN FACT DO.. but insisted I kept it upright moving forward. ( He knew in fact he did not recall me saying it was a touch screen, but that shouldn't have mattered if you ordered the correct parts for said viva book using the SN founded on the bottom of the laptop. 5. Not only was my screen not fitted properly, adhesive was added, the whole border of the frame was chipped at. (Being told from the EXPERT..) Moose's choice of tool to remove my originally screen to this basic screen instead of doing a properly repair and replacing the whole top half of the laptop. 6.You would have thought that was it but no.. no no.. It was too more pressure applied when switching JUST the screen, he indented the back of my frame as well, then must have said fuck it he was done spending time on my laptop because the back of the laptop had missing screws.. who would have catch that though.. (THE EXPERT of course informed me of this) Mind you, I just bought the laptop last spring.. my warranty coverage JUST expired.. my laptop was in perfect condition excepted the side frame damage to the left top corner, which was the start of the screen digital damage. The only resolution Moose gave me was out of the following: 1. Take his janky ass job of repair, have future repairs to be for a fact, no guesses. 2.Take the refund but in order to get that, he would have to strip his work off my laptop. ( I was told from Moose even with my old screen put back on it would not turn on... which is a lie UNLESS YOU DAMAGE THE SCREEN TO DEFAULT TO A DEAD SCREEN) 3. PAY MORE MONEY an additional $250 on top of the $400 I already gave him to do the PROPER repair and replace the whole top of the laptop that would get rid of all the damages all because he did not want to correct my disapproval of quality of work for FREE. 4. Do another screen replacement keeping the damages that were already done to the frame. What he should've offered was to give a full refund and keep his shitty quality of work all because he threw out my frame knowing it was damaged and his work would've had held up for too long. Was offered to move to a larger unit, but for a higher price. After some pushback on my end they did eventually move me to a larger one for a lower price than listed but only for a couple months. So, in total that pricing only works out the same provided I move out of the new unit in March. **That said, after agreeing to modified price, manager pressured me to change my 3 star review. I'm amending this review to one star based on my last interaction. I gave notice of vacating the unit, and then was charged more than usual for my last month. I asked why and I'm being told that I'm just now paying for the insurance that I elected to have. Which meant I thought my things were insured the whole time, but they weren't. Desk agent tried to tell me it's because I SAID I didn't want it, despite signing paperwork approving it.
