They accommodate our schedule and work with us to help our son get the most out of the program. We want to give our children every opportunity to succeed in life and I truly believe Brain Balance is a good stepping stone for our son's growth. The registration process was smooth and easy, and I really appreciated all the classes, resources, and support offered to parents. As a first-time homeschool family, I had so many questions, and the one-on-one guidance we received helped us learn the apps, understand the systems, and get both of my boys comfortably settled in. The teachers my sons had in 4th and 5th grade have been absolutely wonderful. They have been supportive, encouraging, and truly made a difference in our experience. I have also been very impressed with the IEP support. The team reached out early, guided us through the process, and has been incredibly helpful throughout. We felt supported from the beginning. One of my favorite things is the transparency and technology. Parents have real-time access to student calendars, assignments, grades, and progress, which makes it so easy to stay involved and support our children. Staff is rude and treat parents as if they are a problem and bother to them. I was snapped at by a staff member when checking on the progress of my student's application. What this school does not understand is that we (as parents) are trying to plan for OUR students education and if our student is not admitted and enrolled then we do not want to wait until the last minute to find options. COMMUNICATION from this school is very, very poor even after they collect all of your personal documents. I am hoping someone in school administration see's this review and addresses the very poor attitude in the Registrar's office

Very unclear about process to become a provider. Drove 3 times from Moreno Valley to highland to be…read moretold to come back at a later date like gas and people's time grows on trees. The special needs people in need of help don't deserve to be put on the back burner because all the information can't be given at the same time. The provider worked 2 months prior to orientation and the CPR course and was told to submit those time sheets when received. Once the time sheets were in they refused to pay saying they were obsolete, only this months were valid .. I don't find that fair when I know people who have gotten paid from the time they started working . But it's ok I'll be blessed a little more for being patient ..Hopefully my special needs people won't suffer from lack of not caring enough about their helper to pay for the work done..May he bless your walk as he had ours..

I went to inquire about enrolling my child into this school and received very rude treatment from…read morethe front office (Cassandra). I was completely turned off by her unprofessionalism, lack of eye contact, and the way she treats children. The front desk/office is the face of an establishment, the representation of what is the come. After talking with different parents I came to found out the following: * HIGH turnaround on teachers/staff. * The area is bad. * Homeless are constantly within feet of the school and the police don't always clear them out in the mornings. * Restrictions on taking your own child out of school during after hours!? * Over capacity of students. Most often times they need to eat lunch in their classrooms. *During the summer, the air conditioners don't always work, and the children are forced to eat outside with no shade. *Every year, at least 1 teacher leaves the school. Sometimes mid-year! Do yourself a huge favor and do your due diligence. Talk to other parents there and drive around during business hours and you can see it all for yourself.
