Truck drivers beware!!! This place is a ripoff!!! They say one price on the phone and they charge me double that price. And I literally mean double the price with the threat of towing your truck if you don't pay. Charging you on 30 minutes increments.., but have to climb up on the truck every 5 minutes to fix malfunctioning equipment (and you pay for this time). Bring a trainee and charge you extra for that too. Never in my life did I interacted with service "professionals" and felt so badly cheated. read more

I woke up to a dead car battery! My neighbor couldn't charge my car as her cables wouldn't reach my motor, and I could not get the car in neutral to push it down the driveway. I called several places and decided to use J&W because from the moment I called they had wonderful customer service. Jason was at my home in less than 40 minutes. But the kindness didn't end there. As I am still a new FL resident, I followed him to O'Riellys where he advised me on what new battery to buy. Thank you Jason for going the extra mile. read more

I placed a call through AAA and J&W Towing came out. The driver was very rude and disrespectful. Accused me of doing fraud for the services when we have been members of AAA for years. Kept telling me that this is not the correct car for towing. Very, very argumentative and left. I called the company office and the staff tried to justifying him accusing us of fraud because "they have been dealing with this recently!" So I guess every AAA customer should be categorized as "fraudulent." The driver of course told the company countless lies, thank God for ring cams! I wouldn't recommend this company to tow a Fisher Price tricycle. read more

Never use them for a tow they do not want to help you all of their drivers are unfriendly. I have triple A and these are the guys they use and I requested for them never to be sent to me ever again. I wanted my truck towed to my friends shop and they googled the address which came up as a cabinet shop (not my fault) and said they wouldnt tow it unless someone was there to receive the key but unfortantly it was after hours (cant time when you want your car to break down) so I had to take time off work the next day to get my truck towed when the mechanic was there.
