The lady I had seemed irritated the whole time and she was extremely rough. I had gel on and she shaved down my nail all the way down to where it hurt. Then she used a metal scraper to get the rest off. It was so painful! Now my nails are incredibly thin and flimsy. They keep on bending backwards. I've never experienced anything like it. It seems like there are some people that are decent and then there's the angry short hair lady that should not be a nail tech. The paint job looks terrible but I was afraid to say anything because I didn't want her to scrap it off again. There was just a thin flimsy nail left. I have no idea how I'm going to get it off. I'm so mad I wanted my money on this terrible manicure I'm stuck with. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because there are some decent techs there.
