Then I was being rushed to pay, when obviously regular polish, you need to sit a minute. And I can usually go about 7-10 days with regular polish. I got my nails done two days ago and already had a snag, one small chip, and two that have cracks. Pricey for what is offered. They do offer drinks which is a nice touch, tho I turned it down in hopes of helping them out for quickness as a lot of appointment customers walked in. I'd consider elsewhere before trying here again.

They seemed pretty busy with many walking in for set appointments so I was surprised to have gotten right in. The water was lovely; very hot like I like. I splurged a little and went for the #3 luxury pedicure with regular polish. The milk & honey collagen package is absolutely divine. The lotion is cooling and feels like it's promoting blood flow to my legs. I loved it! The girl who did my pedi was amazing, strong massage that never seemed to end (well worth the extra $10 for luxury pkg) and the polish was perfect. This is my new Salem favorite! Next I'll book a mani when I have more time. The place is clean, well lit and has plenty of parking.

I don't say this lightly - I've had my nails done at dozens of salons all over the US because I travel very frequently. I compare my finished nails at other salons and am constantly disappointed by their work (inattentive to cuticles, polish a mess, etc). Not Mary! She is my go-to girl when I'm in Salem and need perfect nails. I highly recommend her to all of my family members and friends. And all love her as much as I do.

If you have gel it is extra to remove. We got regular polish. I chose this place because I can't handle nail salon fumes and they have Zoya products here. One of the polishes from another brand there definitely had a super strong smell and gave me a bit of a headache. However, we had the room to ourselves which was nice and they had air purifiers going. The massage was gentle and wish it were a bit stronger, but other than that Lucia and Crystal took great care of us and we did feel like we had a spa experience. They offered us a second set of neck wraps mid service which was wonderful. I would love to come back and would definitely recommend Lucia and Crystal. The spa was decorated for Christmas and felt cute and cozy.

He has over 30 years of experience. I have had several other people do my nails at this salon and all of them have done a great job. They always fit me in, even at the last minute. They serve a complimentary drink while your nails are being done - I get the white wine or Tai tea. My dipping nails last almost 4 weeks, so it makes it easy on my monthly budget. I have a torn toe nail they are able to use gel to make it look like a normal toe nail and then add polish, this will last me 4 to 6 months and allows me to wear open toe shoes.
