Despite claims from other reviewers, the ladies at Dip Nails are always very friendly and accommodating. They do their best to fit you in if you haven't made an appointment or request a last minute appointment. They do an awesome job with all of the services that I've ever purchased (Dip, manicure, gel manicure, gel pedicure, eyebrow wax), so I'm baffled by some of the reviews posted. It almost seems that some reviewers are just being spiteful or trying to solicit free services. I've also seen this take place in person while getting my own services. 10/10 recommend Dip Nails. They always do a great job. Do yourself a favor and get pampered for a change.

I don't say this lightly - I've had my nails done at dozens of salons all over the US because I travel very frequently. I compare my finished nails at other salons and am constantly disappointed by their work (inattentive to cuticles, polish a mess, etc). Not Mary! She is my go-to girl when I'm in Salem and need perfect nails. I highly recommend her to all of my family members and friends. And all love her as much as I do.

If you have gel it is extra to remove. We got regular polish. I chose this place because I can't handle nail salon fumes and they have Zoya products here. One of the polishes from another brand there definitely had a super strong smell and gave me a bit of a headache. However, we had the room to ourselves which was nice and they had air purifiers going. The massage was gentle and wish it were a bit stronger, but other than that Lucia and Crystal took great care of us and we did feel like we had a spa experience. They offered us a second set of neck wraps mid service which was wonderful. I would love to come back and would definitely recommend Lucia and Crystal. The spa was decorated for Christmas and felt cute and cozy.

(Which in my opinion should be included in the cost of any nail service.) My French tips are a tiny bit splotchy and uneven, the top coat seemed to have some small pieces of cured gel in it. My heels were not filed very well, and my toenails were not shaped very evenly, I had to shape them better when I got home. However, I really enjoyed the salon itself, it is pretty and feels luxurious inside. Cleanliness was good, and all the staff were very nice, kind, and friendly. The lady who did my pedicure was also fairly careful with my injured toe.
