We found out after our first appointment that the Terminix employee sets up the mice traps and now it's up to the customer to remove the dead mice and reset the traps. The ant problem that is SESONAL gets put on your bill monthly for 1 year. Then they do not come back every month...it's every three months. Mice are avoiding these traps as well. . That never happened, so I chatted with someone about a week later and someone was to be out today 9/4/25 between a certain time never showed up and when the company tried contacting, they didn't answer their phone. Now they are saying the next time they would be available is a week from now. I got in touch with another company and they are actually coming tomorrow for an inspection. Never again will I contact Terminix.
