Michael Crooks was very responsive as a company rep and everything he quoted was delivered just as he said. The quality of the shower is excellent and we love the Koehler fixtures. We chose black on white to assist those with visual deficits and really like how they turned out! The fold down seat is also a plus for those with endurance challenges! The demolition andinstallation team of Jose, Gabriel and Jairo could not have done a better job! They were timely, efficient and professional. They demolished the shower and tub one day and took away all the debris. Then, the next day, they built the frame and installed the new walk in shower exactly as we requested. They were pleasant to have on our property and we're considerate in where they set up their workstation and parked their trucks. We did have a challenge posed by the installation day with company coming to visit us... And they worked out a mutually agreed upon date that met our needs. Assaf will come and measure each window and make recommendations. He has found many errors in the plan and had them corrected by calling the architect and verifying. On my last project he recommend taking the windows out of the stairwell and he was correct because there is a code issue with setback. Cory led the installation and did an amazing job including rebuilding a bay window structure in the kitchen where the old wooden windows and wood framing had years of water damage that needed to be removed and rebuilt. Other companies that bid on this job did not seem concerned about the water damage in the bay window structure and wouldn't commit to exactly how far they could go to restore the integrity of this structure. Armond, came to meet with me and help me choose the right windows (from Milgard). He listened to my concerns about the kitchen window structured and assured me that Cory had the experience and skills needed to do the job right.
