He gave a reasonable bid and my wife and I accepted. From day one everything was very professional and clean. His team set up a construction zone with plastic and air scrubbers, to prevent the dust from migrating into the rest of the house. Drop clots on the carpets. Paper covering the hardwood floors. The job went smoothly. He was always gracious about the changes I requested and promptly brought me change orders to keep everything on record. Communication was excellent. He was always available and we were so pleased with the design options he and his wife suggested for the tile, LVP and paint colors. This is magazine quality work. We always proudly show guests when they come over. Now we just need to have him come redo the guest bathroom too. The last contractor did a subpar job and we are planning to redo it.
