The Los Angeles Metro Expo/Crenshaw Station consists of two distinct parts, located very close to…read moreeach other to make it a transfer station. In effect, it connects the East-West Metro E Line (Expo) to the North-South Metro K Line (Pink), making it a very important station for people trying to get to the airport and sporting venues like Sofi Stadium and Kia Spectrum. The at-grade station servicing the E Line opened on 2012, and was a stop on Phase I connecting downtown LA to Culver City. The underground station being the current terminus of the K Line, opened in 2022. It is quite deep underground (maybe 120 feet), having to take stairs to get to an intermediate floor, and then a long escalator to get to ground level. The two lines do not share a common track, and because the original station is outside, one has to walk street level and possibly cross a busy street to be able to connect. That's what I ended up doing when trying to exit the underground coming from Inglewood, and trying to catch the East bound 'E' train to downtown Los Angeles. Not ideal. The long term goal of the K line is to continue north, connecting to the D line and ultimately the B line. Since both of those lines run underground, it makes sense that this station would be as well. And the connection to make a transfer should be a lot better than what it is in Crenshaw/Expo.

I use this station everyday and it feels unsafe but it's ok. Trains are frequent and often. It does…read moreget interesting at night; I've seen things. Parking is a sh*t show. The West Angeles Church opened up their parking lot for commuters but they've now limited the number of floors, making it really hard to find available parking. Since the church doesn't pay taxes anyway, the city should require them to open the entire garage for commuters. Happy riding!

I arranged the rides with a gentleman named Richard. He was helpful and responsive throughout our conversations. On the day of the luncheon, the drivers arrived early. Their passengers noted that the drivers were polite and drove safely. In addition, they went out of their way to help their passengers, who were elderly and had limited mobility. I highly recommend ETS Limousine Service.

Wow...Buyers be ware!!!!!…read more I set up a town care to pick up some VIP clients from their hotel. After an entire run around of back and forth, and the driver leaving because he didnt want to wait around after 20 minutes when my credit card was already charged in full, the clients were picked up an hour later only to have the driver tell my clients that it was "their" fault that they were picked up late. Then after speaking with the "highest" person on the todem pole, and as he continued to argue with me even after i said all i want to do is cancel the second car, the highest person i could go to (the first person i talked to) Richard R. Palmer, he says he will not give me a refund for the second car that was to take my clients back to the airport later in the afternoon. If the highest person i could talk to was talking to me the way he was, i could only imagine how the driver spoke to my clients. This was completely emberessing for us and it is sad to see such poor customer service especially in todays economy, its clear customer retention is not on their list of priorities. Hopefully this helps!!!

Both of the drivers we had were professional and communicative, and the cars were clean and comfortable. We added on the Meet and Greet service when we landed back at LAX, which was well worth it. When you are arriving at midnight with a toddler the last thing you want to do is wait for a car or have someone show up unprepared! Tips: - emailed confirming REAR facing toddler seat for xxx lb toddler - texted the driver right when we landed - texted him when we had one of our 2 bags from baggage claim & let him know the door number - then texted immediately when we got the bag so the timing lined up perfectly Will be using this company again in the future!
